Bunny bikes: the best bunny hops in Seville! - We were looking for an easy way to visit the city and thought that bike riding would be the solution: BINGO! We ran into this really friendly bike rental place where a really cool Italian (yes) gave us the best tips ever to discover this great city. Bikes were perfect, comfortable and in great shape, the price was super affordable. Thank you, our new Italian friend!!!! We’ll be back!!!

Ask to choose your bike - After doing a guided bike tour earlier in my trip, I really loved how easy the city was to cycle around. So I decided to hire a bike for myself for the day. When I went to pick up the bike, the woman there was quite rude and dismissive of me. Apparently they had a different hire day down than what I had booked so they weren’t ready for me. They just gave me the closest bike and said here you go. The brakes were not great and bike wasn’t in greatest condition. When I went to return it at the end of the day there was a different person who was much nicer.

Mock you - 5 friends on holiday in Seville, we booked and paid for 5 bikes, and since the weather was raining, HE saw fit not to open the shop and left us stranded WITHOUT refunding the rental. Terrible quality of service, I would say we felt scammed. We were outside the CLOSED shop for 1 hour, phone calls, various messages etc. were not needed. He had sent us an email the day before, but we were having connection problems with the phones. So we were left without a refund. Is this how it's done????

Disgraceful Intimidation !!! - DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. I don't normally write reviews, but felt compelled to about our treatment by this company. We hired two bikes for the day. Before we left the owner had to pump up the back tyre of of my bike as It was flat. We cycled out to Italica about 8km away, but as I was returning I noticed my back tyre was going flat again. I was given no pump or means to fix it, so I ended up pushing the bike back to the shop. I told the owner I wasn't happy, and thought he might offer some compensation. Instead he said it was my fault, and I'd punctured the tyre, so would have to pay €10 euros. I told him there was no way I was paying and insisted on getting my passport back. He eventually grudgingly handed my passport over, but as we left bizarrely said he was going to call the police!! Then as we walked away up the road he followed us for about 500m, circling round us, pointing at us, waving, pretending to call someone over, whilst calling them on his phone, cleary trying to intimidate us. It was really very disgraceful behaviour, and totally unprofessional.
