• The Wilderness Lodge - Overview

The Wilderness Lodge in Sethan is a charming, traditional wooden cottage that provides a village-like experience with modern comforts. Each of the four rooms is equipped with a toilet and a bukhari (tandoor) for warmth. Guests can enjoy a shared balcony and kitchen. The rooms and balcony offer stunning views of the snow-capped Majestic Dhauladhars.

This is an experiential holiday designed suit all age groups, to experience winters in remote village in the Himalaya. Experience and indulge in the life style of the natives, even if just for a couple of days with the luxury of warm comfortable beds with local ‘tandoors’ for heating the cosy wooden rooms.

we’ll go out on photography hikes towards the Hampta Pass and Lassi Thatch and visit ‘Panduropa’, paddy field of ‘the Pandavas’ at almost 10000 feet.

The Stay in our ‘Wilderness Lodge’ in Sethan is an experience in itself. Sethan is the last village in the Hampta Valley and is heaven for backcountry skiing in the winters. Located far away from civilization, at an altitude of 9200 feet with grand views of the Dhauladhar Range, the lodge has warm cosy rooms and all basic modern amenities and serves as the perfect ‘base’ for all our backcountry adventures.
