10/10 Amazing - If I could give this trip, a 10 out of 10, I would. Private tour with Helena that was out of this world. She is so personable, extremely knowledgeable about Portugal and the areas that we visited, and added so many little extras to the trip. We went to an amazing, indoor market full of local produce and fish and then onto two tile factories where we got an in-depth lesson at the first about the making of tiles and at the second got to create our own. Then it was off to the beach through some very scenic countryside for a lovely fish lunch , proceeded by local cheese and olives with the sardine pate. Then we spent the latter part of the afternoon wine tasting again with a cheeseboard and scrumptious desserts. The day totally exceeded our expectations and we had an awesome time. Thank you once again Helena for such an amazing day and the lovely parting gift.

Sasimbra tiles and wine tour - Our day trip with Helena was wonderful! She is very thoughtful, informative and personable. She showed us some of the hidden jems of Portugal. I would definalty recommend her and book a trip with her again. 👏🌟

A great guide & tour! - This was a wonderful experience. Sesimbra was beautiful. Our guide Miguel said he was our best friend for the day. It felt the same for us. He was knowledgeable & interesting. We had interesting conversations. He reserved lunch for my wife and I at a wonderful restaurants by the sea. We don’t drink alcohol, so he was flexible and we did other site seeing. Miguel was respectful & kind. I have limited mobility he was thoughtful & helpful. We will book another tour with him whenever the opportunity arises again. Also, his English was excellent.

Tile painting & winery tour - Our tour with Helena was such an amazing experience! She was so kind and explanatory of each thing that we did & was overall just a great guide. This tour is definitely worth doing if you are thinking about it!!

Once in a lifetime experience - Nidia was the best guide ever. She treated us like family. We visited the town she used to live in. We saw sites that were unique, we met some of her friends. She introduced us to food that was SUPERB. Lots of laughing which was super. Best of all; we made a New Friend. Keep on rocking Nidia.

You must try this tour! - Ricardo was a wonderful host! He tailored the day to what we wanted to focus our time on. The painting of the tiles and learning about the tile making process was epic! Although it was a cloudy day, our visit to coastal town was lovely. Since Ricardo knew that I loved lighthouses, he took the extra effort to drive us to a beautiful location where we could see up close a wonderful lighthouse. Next time we are in Lisbon, we will most certainly ask for Ricardo when booking our next tour! He was the best of the best!

Something for Everyone! - My family of 5 loved this tour with Nidia. It had a little something for everyone (kids ages 18-22) and Nidia was a lovely host and guide for the day. The tile making experience and the wine tasting/tour were both educational and fun. Nidia also made a reservation for us at a lovely oceanside restaurant in downtown Sesimbra.

Amazing tour! Truly one of a kind! - After searching the internet for fun things to do in Portugal and we are so lucky that found Yes! Experiences. This day was more than we could have hoped for. Our tour guide Nidia greeted us like we were already friends as we embarked on a full day private tour. The incredible part about this being just us two and a tour guide was like things could be adjusted easily and by spending more or less time in locations allow Nidia to adjust the tour based on our likes or requests. We started off we a scenic drive to a vantage point over looking a nunnery and the most beautiful beaches. Afterwards we went to a tile making workshop where we painted our own tiles and learned about the long history of tiles in the region. Before lunch we stopped at another fantastic church that had more than 10,000 original hand painted tiles that were hundreds of years old. The church was very impressive, and it sat inside a castle that overlooked the town of Sesimbra - stunning. We walked the grounds (on trails so no hiking boots required) and learned so much more about the region. We enjoyed wine and local seafood dishes while overlooking the sea for lunch. Afterwards we walked through town and enjoyed some desserts in preparation for a local wine tour at Catralvos. As the sun was setting we hurried to Cristo Rei for an amazing view overlooking Lisbon. The day was wonderful, and we never felt rushed. We had plenty of time to ask questions, take photos, and enjoy the moment. Nidia is an amazing tour guide! She grew up in the region and knows everything about it which made the tour more conversational rather then rigid. Next time we visit we will defiantly book with Yes Experiences as they are a trustworthy group that curate amazing memories. TRAVEL TIP!! Special day with the family! - We had a great time last year on a tour with Yes Experiences and thought we would return to Portugal to enjoy it a little bit more. Last month, my family and I had a blast on this tour that perfectly mixed culture, amazing views, and great food and wine. The trip started with a scenic drive from Lisbon, and the “Cristo Rei” statue was a sight. Sesimbra was lovely, and making our own tiles was an incredible experience. Tasting wine in Setúbal was the cherry on top. Big thanks to our guide, who knew their stuff and made the day special. Recommend it 100%!
