Sore feet and happy mind - The park itself is a nice destination and worth the 2,5 hour drive there. You can't see all the park has to offer in the time you are there, but still it was worth it.

Great day trip - Enjoyable trip! We booked this because it is one of the few tour providers that includes both sites (Naksansa is ~30 min from Mt. Seorak, so it's a natural pairing). +If you are doing Korean Heritage Passport like us, this is a good way to get 2 stamps (Sinhenguesa Temple & Naksansa Temple). Some recommendations: There is a 20 min stop at a restaurant stop on the way there and back, brief enough for restroom and maybe a snack if you're feeling hungry; they will ask you to finish food off the bus to avoid disturbing other customers with smells so beware to buy something fast. At first stop at Mt Seorak, you will have your choice of activities (will have from about 11a-3p of free time). We chose the cable car and decided to go both up to the rock formations, and also down to the 800 year old tree. Doable for my parent who is in her 60s. Then had leisurely snack at the cable car restaurant at the top, before heading back down to explore Sinhenguesa Temple and then dessert at the store focused on honey-based treats (very delicious). Plenty of time that way. I think we could have ended this part at 2:30pm or 3pm but the tour guide extended to 3:30pm as others were trying some longer hikes. Would probably be very gorgeous in the fall -- still pretty in this mid September period but very hot; should have used my fan to beat the heat earlier. Afterwards we went to Naksansa which felt a bit rushed because of the extended time at Mt Seorak, but still enjoyable. Naksansa was probably my favorite given the beautiful ocean surroundings. Got back to Seoul around 8pm, so be careful to look up restaurants that arent closed if you need dinner (or use rest stop on way back). Joon was our guide. Would recommend this trip if you're looking for a fun daytrip outside of Seoul to see some beautiful natural sights with minor hiking & temples.

Wonderful countryside. - Good way to see the country without driving. Convenient as well. Guide David was nice and v helpful especially to my elderly mum. We took the cable car at Mt Soerak to enjoy the view while others hike. The naksansa temple is tough for elderly mum. Luckily there is a coffee house for her to rest.

Beautiful and peaceful places, short time to do everything - Beautiful and peaceful sceneries, interesting history about Buddhism. There’s no much time in Seorak mount to do everything, so if you want to see everything, you’ll probably need to go on your own and spend the whole day there, since you need to walk a couple of Km to go and be back to every interesting point. Han our guide was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Naksan temple is nice but you just have enough time to visit the main points. Lo beautiful places for photos. Recommended tour, and if you want to take the most of every place, better to go alone and dedicate the whole day at least to Seorak.

Breath taking sights! - All day activity and be sure to bring comfortable shoes for uneven terrain. Guide was engaging and answered any questions we had during the tour. You will not be able to see everything at the National Park so you will have to pick your most wanted view/activity.

Great views! - Great tour! Gina was a great tour guide and an impressive hiker. This tour is far from Seoul but since we had a lot of extra time in the city, it was worth it to see the east coast of Korea and the mountains. There are a few options of hikes when you get there - everything from an accessible trail to a waterfall to a cable car to a challenging 3.5 hour hike. We did the second hardest hike and it was very steep but worth it! We still had time to grab food at the bottom and check out the shops. It’s a lot of time spent in the car but you get to see beautiful countryside and mountains on the way so it’s worth it

Mt Seorak great, Nakasanna temple, meh - Mt Seorak is very picturesque and you will do a lot of.hiking. Naksana Temple is average and not really worth seeing. If you have mobility issues I wouldn't recommend this trip, as you'll be hiking up tracks and it's quite strenuous. There is also no walking AIDS available to reach the viewing points.
