Great communication and super smooth trip between the hotel and the airport - We used this service to get from the our hotel in Seoul back to the airport, having previously used them to get to the hotel from the airport earlier in our trip. A key tip is to make sure you have WhatsApp installed on your phone (basically, an iMessage-type service that is used everywhere except in the US). A day before our trip, we received a WhatsApp message on our phone, confirming our flight, and providing the name and phone number of our driver. On the day of the trip, the driver himself sent us a message. We checked out of the hotel about 45 minutes early, so I sent a message to the driver letting him know that if he was ready, we were ready to have him pick us up early. He replied right away saying he was 15 minutes away. This was nice; we got to the airport early instead of waiting at the hotel. The vehicle was a modern Hyundai minivan, and the trip was smooth. The driver spoke good English, although we didn't have much conversation. He was impeccably dressed in a sport coat and tie, which was unexpected. I would totally use this service again -- as noted above, we used them to get from the airport back to the hotel at the start of our trip (I left a separate review for this), and they were just as good for that as well.

Then, once our flight landed, the driver sent us a message with the sign that he was holding. We easily found him after collecting our bags and going through passport control and customs. While the driver didn't speak English well, he understood English perfectly, and when my wife and I were discussing how long it would likely take to get to the hotel, he used Google Translate to show us that it would take about an hour and fifteen minutes. I would totally use this service again -- we used them to get from the hotel back to the airport at the end of our trip (I left a separate review for this), and they were just as good for that as well. This was our first time visiting Korea, and I had some apprehension not having visited before. The thorough communications provided by this service allayed any anxiety I had about getting from the airport to the hotel.

Great pick up at the correct time in a clean vehicle. - Driver picked us up at the correct time, even though our arrival was a little late. Really clean vehicle.

Transfer from Incheon Airport to Seoul City Center - It was easy to make my reservation online. Before the trip I had several reminders from Viator and the day before I left the name of the driver, car number, all needed details were provided. Mr. Kwan, my driver also communicated with me twice as well. As promised, he was waiting just outside the baggage claim even though I was later than planned because several planes landed at the same time so there were many in the immigration line which caused my delay. I have used Viator services before and all have been excellent.

Would book again - Our driver was on time and got us to our hotel quickly even with traffic. It was super nice not having to navigate the subway with our bags. Would highly recommend.

Best transfer service ever! - Driver was extremely patient and friendly considering the extra waiting time. We were delayed getting off our cruise ship quite considerably and he was politely checking with us to see if everything was ok. Excellent people skills! Vehicle was immaculate and driving was very safe.
