DMZ - DMZ is demilitarized zone and a buffer zone between North Korea and South Korea.
The lines reach 248 km in length from Jeongdong-ri, Paju-si to Myeongho-ri, Goseong-gun. At the present time, an area within 2 km in both the north and south side is designated as the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone). Excluding the DMZ, the overall area is considered to be the most heavily militarized region in the world.

- We do not come back to DHCP station after tour for the heavy traffic jam.
Additional Information
- Please bring valid passport for each participant. If passport is not ready and not valid, you cannot join the tour.
- During Mar. there will be Plum Blossom(Maehwa) in the lake instead of Cherry Blossom.
- Infants should be counted as 1 person for the tour.
- If you have any leg or heart problem, you may not go down to the 3rd tunnel. It is the same level of 30 mins hiking.

DMZ Area Highlights - April kept the tour moving so not waiting behind large groups/crowds, the gondola and Camp Greaves was a highlight, as well as Dora Observatory and the Tunnel. Great way to see some highlights in the Civilian Contro Zone.

Very interesting tour about Korean history - Very interesting tour where I could learn again about Korean War, history and see the buffer DMZ zone. A Korean friend invited me to the tour and it was really interesting experience.

Filipino Couple on DMZ tour - Loved the tour. Tes the guide took care of us and is very funny.
I enjoyed Imjingak and the observatory. Unfortunately the 3rd tunnel is too hard for me. I also had fun with the gondola ride.

Highly recommend - Our DMZ tour was very nice. Our tour guide explained everything clearly and nicely and was very humorous and friendly. It was organised in a time effective manner and we dint had to rush at any point. Everything went smoothly through our tour and we had a wonderful time. Would highly recommend.

A must do when visiting Korea - Observatory with a view on North and South Korea was great despite the rain. The tunnel was a unique experience too. Our tour guide April was engaging and presented historical facts in fun and memorable way.
