The experience begins by meeting Jomin at the Mangwon Metro Station (Line 6) entrance 2. On the way to the cooking studio, there will be a chance to explore the lively Mangwon Market. Jomin will point out various ingredients used in the class, and participants can sample a variety of street foods. It’s a fantastic opportunity to engage with the community and witness Korean food culture firsthand.
At the charming cooking studio, after a brief discussion about the menu and the dishes to be prepared, it’s time to get hands-on and start cooking these delightful dishes. Once everything is perfectly cooked, participants can savor their creations and take home any delicious leftovers!
This is a hands-on class, not a demonstration. Each participant will have their own private cooking table and cookers, along with fresh local ingredients.
