Great experience! - Good communications on arrangements. Kwan was waiting with my name on a tablet at the arrival hall. Nice, comfortable ride in his luxury car. Kwan helpfully gave us tips on holidaying in Seoul. Recommended a cafe near our hotel upon hearing that we were likely to just hang out until our room was ready in the afternoon. Also provided other recommendations on food and attractions. Highly recommended!
