Jeongbang Waterfall - This is the representative waterfall on Jeju Island. It is the only waterfall in Asia that falls from land into the sea. It is a place where you can dip your feet in the water.
Seobulgwacha” was written in Chinese characters on the rock wall of Jeongjang Falls. There was a legend that Jin Si-hwang’s envoy came to Yeongju Mountain (now Hallasan Mountain) in Jeju Island to find “Bulocho” and took turns engraving words on the rock wall, but the rock was broken due to the typhoon. Jeongbang Falls has many rocks, so you have to walk very carefully under your feet. Also, it is easy to go down the stairs, but it is very hard to go around. It is the only natural waterfall in Asia that falls into the sea, and when there are many photographs and rainbows, it creates even more beautiful scenery.

You’ll also have the opportunity to buy fresh seafood at the beach and observe the Haenyeo, or female divers, in action. Olle Market is an excellent venue for getting a feel for the local lifestyle and trying out diverse Jeju dishes.
Seongsan Ilchulbong, a renowned tourist site, is also part of the World Natural Heritage. Created by undersea volcanic activity, this site, with its 99 stone towers, looks like a grand fortress. At the adjoining beach, you can delight in shows performed by the women divers between 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM every day. Visiting Seongeup Folk Village is a journey back in time, providing insights into the traditional village life of residents living in thatched-roof homes and the cultural wisdom of those from Jeju.
