The most epic day ever! - What a day! First of all, we had excellent communication from our tour company Nice Travel all the way through. The last minute change of tour guides gifted us the best guide ever. Filip made our day so special with his sense of humour, his excellent knowledge and love of Iceland and his special playlist that fit the landscape so well it made us feel as if we were the heroes of an epic movie. We saw so much, had a couple of unexpected suprise stops and ended the day with a relaxing soak in an unbelievably beautiful spa. You must try this tour and if you can, ask for Filip.

A great way to experience Iceland for the first time - Our guide Kiki/Kristoff was the best, and contextualised each visit with a bit of history of the place and told many interesting (and funny) stories. He also has a great sense of humour! We were very disorganised and were lucky to be able to book this tour the night before 😓 and it was worth it! I was particularly keen on going to Keri’s crater and that was how I found this tour, which was already highly recommended. We spent a decent amount of time at each location, and ended the day with a relaxing time at the hot springs. Highly recommended tour for anyone’s first time in Iceland.

A memorable day! <3 - Thor was an excellent tour guide - super friendly and chipper, who judged the amount of talking just right! ;) He gave us lots of handy info, sharing local knowledge. He was a great driver, which made us feel safe. He personalised the journey with a few extra treats added to the tour including a quick stop at the local bakery to take part in Cream Bun day! The tour was excellent, an absolute highlight and we will use the company (and request Thor!) again. Thank you so much for making our experience so wonderful!

Golden circle, Gullfloss & Hvammsvik hot springs - a fantastic experience! - A fantastic full day trip. We walked around the top of the Kerid volcanic crater - wrap up warm as it was very icy in the wind. We were grateful that our guide lent us all crampons to go over our boots. The Gullfloss waterfall was fabulous, we saw the geysers spouting & walked between the tectonic plates, but for me the highlight of the day was the evening visit to the Hvammsvik hot springs. Take a pair of flip flops as the path between the different hot pools is icy cold. The pools ranged from warm to hot. This was one of the best experiences, sitting in a natural hot spring pool in the moonlight, looking out across the sea with snowy mountains as a backdrop & a glass of wine in your hand. Absolutely loved it! Our tour guide Elias was very knowledgeable and kept us all informed of the sights and the local history & legends. Would definitely recommend this trip for couples & families with older teenagers - not one to do with young children.

Golden Circle Tour with Nice Travel - Incredible tour and so glad we ended up at Hvammsvik instead of Blue Lagoon. Blessing in disguise. It’s authentic and has ocean access and it’s got the ocean right there and you might even find locals. I hesitate to say this publicly because then everyone will go. Also our guide was so incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable. He told us stories of his life growing up in Iceland. I think he needs his own podcast or radio show. We got to hear so many anecdotes, I found it utterly charming.

Breathtaking views and an amazing guide - Such an incredible tour with breathtaking views. Our guide Elias was also amazing, so knowledgeable and friendly. We were initially booked to go to the blue lagoon but due to the volcanic eruption were offered this tour instead and turns out we thought it was so much better than the blue lagoon would’ve been. Would 100% recommend.
