Highlights
- Thingvellir National Park - Head to Thingvellir National Park, where you learn about how it lies within a volcanically active area. It’s also home to the Mid-Atlantic Ridge, where the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates meet. Straddle two continents while you walk between the plates.
- Laugarvatn - Laugarvatn sits next to a beautiful lake of the same name in a geothermally active area. The plumes of super-heated vapor billowing into the air in this area are used by the locals to bake rye bread in the ground!
- Geysir - Next, visit the surreal Geysir geothermal area on foot, stopping at bubbling ponds, steam vents, and Geysir and Strokkur geysers. Stick around long enough to watch the Strokkur geyser erupt (around every 10 minutes), spurting a column of water up to 98 foot (30 meters) in the air
- Gullfoss Waterfall - The next destination is Gullfoss – the Golden Waterfall, where the waters of the mighty Hvíta (white) river are swept into a 70 meters deep canyon.
- Reykholt - Small town with lots of Greenhouses
- Kerid Crater - After enjoyable hike around falls hop back on the bus for the journey to the lake-filled, 3,000-year-old Kerid crater. Stop to marvel at its magical-looking lake and colorful slopes.
- Reykjanes Peninsula - A drive through Reykjanes Peninsula admiring vast lava fields, cone volcanoes and stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean before we arrive in the Blue Lagoon.

Hvammsvik Hot Springs - (OPTIONAL)
If you select to end your day at Hvammsvík Baths, the bus will head towards stunning Whale Fjord where the SPA is located. There, you can immerse yourself in the perfect combination of geothermal water from 1400 meters below the surface and seawater from the nearby Atlantic Ocean. This extraordinary blend of water forms a continuous flow that cascades between pools, spills over their edges, and returns to the ocean, guaranteeing exceptional water quality and purity. -
Sky Lagoon - (OPTIONAL)
The Sky Lagoon is Iceland’s newest spa experience. We’ll bring you here for two luxurious hours, and you’ll enjoy yourself wallowing in an enormous infinity pool with unobstructed ocean views. There’s a swim-up bar hidden in a cave, and a warm waterfall to enjoy! -
Blue Lagoon - (OPTIONAL)
Up to visit an iconic Blue Lagoon Lava Fields & SPA? You can choose to head inside the SPA (select a proper option during booking process) to enjoy a soak in the steamy waters while admiring surrounding lava fields, or (if you do not wish to swim there) take a walk around lava fields and visit the skin care products store or restaurant.

Embark on a single-day journey to Iceland’s iconic Golden Circle and Blue Lagoon. Uncover the natural beauty of the Thingvellir National Park, the Geysir, the Gullfoss waterfall, and the volcanic crater Kerid (ticket price included). Finish the excursion by immersing yourself in the mesmerizing Blue Lagoon, arriving before 17:00 (5:00 pm) for approximately 2 hours of relaxation before returning to Reykjavik.
(Please note the entrance fee for the Blue Lagoon is not covered and needs to be reserved beforehand at your own cost).

golden circle hot springs tour - This is a great tour and the sights are amazing and if you end it at the hot springs you will feel that you got the true icelandic experience hope you get Bear as your guide

Book this you wont regret it - It was fantastic. My guide was very good. The stops were great, but Iceland as a whole is a fascinating country. So every stop is memorable ! Im very glad a picked this tour and this company

10/10 :) - Our tour guide was a lovely, bubbly man who gave great recommendations on things to try and do at our stops on the tour. He gave a reasonable amount of time for each stop so we didn't feel rushed at all.
The actual tour was interesting and we loved that the lagoon was the final stop so we could chill out. We'd highly recommend this tour. It was the highlight!

Splendid - Despite been told a different pick up time to that of driver/guide a very informative interesting day Addi,s knowledge and jokes made the day fun along with the adhoc stops to see horses/ ice cream finished off with the hot spring tubs

Iceland Highlights- especially worth the trip to Hvammsvik Hot Springs - The Golden Circle is a classic and what everyone recommended to me before coming to Iceland. Yes, it is a lot of driving but we really did see a fair bit which I loved. Most of the time we got ample time at each location (especially since it was quite cold/rainy it was easier to be quick). A couple of places I wouldn't have minded more time, but I don't think you could do everything in one day otherwise. Our guide was really more of just a driver, rather than doing much guiding at any of the stops, which I was a little bummed about but he was friendly and got us from point A to point B safely. My biggest point of recommendation is to add on a hot springs visit at the end!! I was the only person in my group and I was shocked. I chose Hvammsvik and it was absolutely the right choice. You get the ocean and hot springs in one but it's not nearly as touristy as the Blue Lagoon or Sky Lagoon and the most beautiful in my opinion. Don't skip that! It was probably my favorite part of the trip.
