Saved by my driver! - My driver was very professional, and super kind! It was late at night, and I had to find an Airbnb. He made sure I had access. When I did not have access, he took me to a nearby hotel! What a prince, and an angel!

Exceptional! - Entire experience was exceptional! The driver met us as we walked out the airport security door and the vehicle was parked right outside the door. Vehicle was very comfortable. We had a lot of big bags as my daughter was moving to Milan for school and there was no problem handling all 10 of our bags! Great experience!

Good service - We transit at Frankfurt from sfo and was stuck for 8 hours because of the weather conditions there. We keep on calling the driver advising him of the update ETA. Our flight was delayed for 5 hours and unexpectedly found the driver waiting for us at the arrival hall. The driver’s name was Massimo.

Very flexible driver - Our plane was delayed causing us to have divert to a different airport in Milan than we had planned. I made one quick call after closing hours but when we landed I had an email that our driver was coming to the other airport. Everything went without a problem. Terrible customer service - My card declined for my reservation because I got married and got a new card. They did not reach out before cancelling my reservation. The company would not honor the price of when I booked nor did the customer service rep honor my request to speak to a manager. Terrible customer service all around.
