Highlights

Daymaniyat Islands Nature Reserve - This tour will take you towards Daymaniyat Islands with the views of South Muscat coastline, including rocky faces, fishing villages, and historical structures. You can then either observe dolphins (if reasonably with the course), or a fishing trolling experience with views of Fahal Island, or if lucky both.
We have selected Al Jabal Al Kabeer Island for this tour due to its natural beauty and to allow our guests to experience the sandy beaches outside the bird migration season (November to April) per the local Environmental Agency regulations.
Heading back to Muscat along Muscat coastline with visible landmarks. The coast of South Muscat features historical forts, and watchtowers. These date to period between 1507 and 1650. Additionally, the tour also including more current cultural structures, such as Al Alam Palace, Al Bahar Street, and Souq Mutrah. Your cruise will then offer you a full view of the sun setting behind the rocky faces above Al Bahar Street.

Join us for an exclusive, private, and memorable journey across the sea. Starting from either Jumeirah Muscat Bay or Marina Bandar Al Rowdha, our voyage begins with an exhilarating dolphin viewing session, where we often encounter groups of over fifty dolphins frolicking around our vessel. Next on the itinerary is Fahal Island, where we’ll indulge in a distinctive fishing experience and haul in some native fish. Following this, our path leads to the Daymaniyat Islands. We’ll traverse the eastern part of this island chain, uncovering the rich marine biodiversity and crystal-like waters of Turtle Bay during our initial snorkelling session. After exploring underwater, we’ll savor a delightful picnic meal, surrounded by the unblemished natural beauty of the islands. With Coral Bay as our next destination, we’ll dive into our second snorkelling session, immersing ourselves amongst vibrant coral reefs and unusual fish species. As our journey back to Muscat commences, we’ll absorb the impressive coastal views and landmarks of ancient Muscat, embracing the magnificent sunset.

The best day of our holiday! - Cannot speak more highly of this tour - so worth it! Imagine having an entire day out at sea filled with some of the best experiences it has to offer - all within a local Arabian setting and company. Where to start.. Firstly we lots of dolphins on the boat trip to the islands! Then we enjoyed snorkelling (a couple of us scuba dived) within the turquoise waters of the Daymaniyat islands - there was so much marine life to see there and the water was crystal clear. We ate lunch (the food was great!) and watched some more turtles swimming around close to the boat. Talking to the captain was also very interesting, hearing a bit more about Omani culture. We spent as long as we wanted here enjoying the surreal beauty of the islands before making our way back towards the coast. But the best was on the way (as luck would have it) - whale sharks!! We encountered around 6-7 of these majestic creatures on our way back and even got to slip off the boat and swim with them! We thought it would be scary but it was actually the opposite - completely calming, an UNREAL experience. Then we went towards the coastline for sunset and enjoyed spotting all the old forts and some of the places we had visited earlier in the week such as Muttrah. This was the best day of our trip by far - the jewel of Muscat will live long in the memory! Thank you for an unforgettable day.
