Notable attractions during the walk include the majestic Buddha Statue and the Prayer temple. We follow a gentle path to our training site. Here, participants have the opportunity to sit and immerse their feet in the natural surroundings of Sedona and its iconic red rocks. Our instructors will discuss the advantages of connecting with the earth, known as earthing and grounding. They will demonstrate how to establish a connection from the soles of the feet to the ground, accompanied by guided meditations and breathing techniques to cultivate a heightened state of energy and equilibrium.
