Very informative - I will admit that I was very skeptical upon my arrival. It is definitely off of the beaten path. The presenter was very animated and informative. He supplied chairs and blankets, which is definitely an added touch. Even though we did have some clouds we were still able to see the stars and enjoy the presentation.

Tons of insightful information about our night sky - Arrive with a curious mind. Chad is full of knowledge about the stars and astronomy and mythology. He is eager to share it all with us as he is very passionate on this topic. He provides comfy blankets for when the temperature drops at night and he provides folding chairs for everyone. We learned so much about the stars and our galaxy. I highly recommend this venture if you are curious about our night sky.

A Great Star-Gazing Experience. - This was a great experience. Sedona's ranking as an International Dark Sky site makes it a unique and marvelous place to view the stars -- so many, many, stars -- and our guide, Chad, was so knowledgeable and entertaining in explaining the location and cultural origins of the astrological signs and other sky phenomena. He provides comfortable chairs and spends a couple fascinating hours pointing out the planets, satellites and even two shooting stars the evening we were there. And it is dark!

Wish Chad hadn’t rambled - Chad is a very cool guy. Despite rambling the first 1 hour, which was a waste of time in a 2 hour event, he eventually got to some interesting stuff about astronomy. He treated the story time like a jeopardy game, with people answering his questions. That felt like a waste of time; I would have preferred he just tell the story. He would often get sidetracked. The event started at 7:30 pm, even though Viatar kept sending me messages that it started at 8:00 pm. That could explain why we had to wait for a party of eight to show up before Chad began his storytelling. I would have enjoyed a more focused event and less sidebars. The event ran overtime, which frustrated me since I had an early morning.

Don't do it! - This tour was absolutely not worth the money. It felt more like an unorganized talking party than a proper, informative tour. The guide was quirky in a way that made it hard to take anything seriously, and unfortunately, didn’t have any real credentials . I expected a structured, engaging experience, but instead, I felt like I was just being dragged along for the ride. It was disappointing and frustrating. Overall, I left feeling like I had completely wasted my time and money. I definitely would not recommend this tour to anyone.

Hippy Dippy Star Tour - It was a perfect night for star gazing - no clouds and no moon. It was downhill from there. Chad basically free-associated the entire 2.5 hours with little to hold his talk coherent except his focus on astrology (not astronomy). He did know his constellations, but his presentation was so disorganized and chaotic, my spouse fell asleep after the first 30 minutes.
