Cancel Early if You're Unsure - Please understand that my review is specific to interaction with the company and not actually going on the tour. We would have liked to go on the tour, but one of our party members was feeling really under the weather. We didn't want to risk exposing anyone to anything or make our party member feel worse walking around the city, so we reached out to see if the company would be willing to work with us. To be fair, I was 7 hours after the 24 hour cancelation window when I reached out and I'm sure they have to set up plans for someone to be there for the scheduled tour. That said, it would have been nice if they had been willing to work with us to offer even a partial refund. The operator's response was very "sorry, not sorry. Your money is ours now". If you're planning a trip with them and don't know if you'll go through with it or not, save yourself the unpleasantness of reaching out and just cancel early.
