See the past of our planet on this tour - If you love to be wow'd by the grandeur, beauty and immensity of our planet's past, this is the tour for you. The 400 mile trip views over 200 million years of geology from the beautiful mountain scenery formed millions of years ago by colliding tectonic plates with igneus beginnings deep within the earth, to the present view of a mountain pasture, which happened to be hosting a herd of elk. This wonderful odyssey takes you from the Puget Lowlands, through parts of both the North and South Cascades, across the verdant agriculture fields on the loess covered prairie of the Columbia basin to the bottom of giant canyons carved out by a hard-to-fathom series of immense floods during the ice ages. This was a great tour and Cheryl was a fantastic tour guide.

A Wonderful, Informative and Fun Tour - The tour was super interesting, and Cheryl (we got the head honcho herself!) was fun and knowledgeable throughout. Me and my wife really enjoyed the unique style of the tour that had us learning about many interesting things. Not just at the flood area either, but both on the way there and the way back. The tour is structured in a loose way, taking a lot of cues from the customers and what you want to do. Want to make a stop somewhere? Just let them know! Want to get food? Just mention it! Want to get out of the car and walk into a snowy field and just take in the sights for a while? Totally go for it! Me and my wife really appreciated the tailored nature of the trip, and enjoyed the smaller and more intimate style much more than the large bus tours other companies tend toward.
