Frequency - every 30 minutes
Sky View Observatory (if appropriate ticket is selected): Open Friday, Saturday and Sunday only. Last entry: 1 hour before closing. Visit duration: 45 - 90 minutes
Sky View Observatory (if appropriate ticket is selected): Luggage and large bags cannot be accommodated in the observatory; there are no lockers or storage facilities. Prams/ strollers can be taken inside the observatory. Service animals are welcome. Sky View Observatory reserves the right to close for private events
Mobile and printed paper vouchers are both accepted on this tour and can be redeemed at any of the stops along the route
Vouchers can be used any day within 12 months of travel date selected at check-out
Self-guided walking tour: When customers are onboard the bus, they will receive instructions how to download the Free Audio Walking Tour from PocketGuideApp to their phone and how to use it offline. Distance: 1.1 miles. Explore the colourful history of early Seattle and the Pioneer Square historic district. Use your smartphone to guide you. Images of the objects talked about will be displayed on your screen
Scenic Seattle Panoramic bus tour (only if appropriate ticket is selected): Departs at 10:30am and 2pm. Meeting Point: City Sightseeing bus stop 1, Space Needle (Broad Street). Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the departure time., Duration: 3 hours. Please note that this is not a hop-on hop-off tour, there will however, be designated photo stops where you are able to get off the bus
Please note, due to road closures Stop 18 will relocate every Saturday this summer. Every Saturday Stop 18 will be located in front of the Via 6 building, at the west corner of 6th & Lenora (right side of the street)

Sleepless in Seattle - It was awesome. Be sure to rain gear. The weather was beautiful in August. The sights are beautiful and the history is rich.

Good tour - A lot of great things to see, guide never stopped to talking with a lot of unnecessary information. He was great but needs. To take a few pauses. Was very hard to get a question in.

I booked this online. ... - I booked this online. The starting point is the Space Needle. However we wanted to pick it up at a stop closer to our hotel. There was no information anywhere on the locations of the rest of the stops and their approx times.. I ended up on a chat with Viator CS. The person finally got hold of someone else who texted me (after 1/2 hour) the stop locations. When we got on the bus they had a brochure with the stops. The seats were slippery and it was hard to stay seated. The commentary was an audio speaker and with the bus's engine sounds and the other city sounds it was sometimes difficult to hear. It is however a good way of seeing the city to decide where you would like to get off to see more of.

Not good - Long waits for the busses. Really run down stinky bus 2 times. Confusion over changing busdes at one stop. Would not do again in Seattle. Have had better experiences in other cities, especially outside the US

Worst Hop on Hop off we’ve done. - We have done Hop on Hop off bus tours a dozen times and the Seattle experience was the not nearly as good as our previous experiences. At each stop we lingered much longer than prior trips. The narration was recorded and out of sync with the stops. Missed the personality and intersction of the live narrators. Ultimately exited and walked. Very disappointed. If this had been our first use we’d never would do another.

No signage to tell you where to catch the bus - No signage and they skipped 6 stops. They had to reroute due to a planned parade. We should have been told when we booked our tickets. More than a 30 minute wait time. On board info was null.

Do Not Book This HOHO!!! Horrible!!! - DO NOT PURCHASE. This hop-on-hop-off tour. We purchased two 48-hour tickets. They did not provide a map, so good luck finding an exact location. Signage is terrible. We called the company and were given the location of a stop. We were in that area for more than an hour and no bus ever came. We heard from a local there, who said that was not surprising, but kindly showed us how to find the live map. We wasted our time in three areas looking for stops that showed on the map. Buses never came near the stops and we also walked the route without seeing one. We ended paying an Uber to get back to our hotel after walking all day. We have used the same hop-on-hop-off bus company all over Europe and have never had a problem, but it was a horrible experience here in Seattle.

Unimpressed - Spent more time in traffic than anything. Not impressed at all seemed like we staying in a five block radius until the end when they dropped us off at the space needle

Expensive, uncomfortable and boring. Sadly - We have ridden these busses in many cities in the world. This by far the worst one of all. The seats were so close together that there was no knee room. We are average sized people. The tour was a stretch to find places of interest. Of the 18 stops, maybe 6 were noteworthy.
