Better transport - Another bus name was the actual vehicle. The driver handled my huge bag so smoothly and shared info about the music venue on the way. All in all, it was a great service!

Perfect Shuttle Experience. - Really good. Booked at last minute becasue I changed my mind about a ship-booked tour and airport dropoff. Line was really long but that's not the shuttle company's fault. As soon as we got to the assigned lanes we had an shuttle waiting to get on. Driver loaded bags and drive was fine. He then unloaded bags at the airport and assured us that neither one was over the 50 pound limit! He has a luggage scale built into his arms apparently. Will use again.

Easy ride - After getting off the cruise ship we went right to the designated spot and found our ride. Tracy was pleasant and helpful trying to get us as close to our airline as possible for drop off.

Great Start To Vacation! - What a great way to start our vacation! I made the arrangements for transportation to the pier to begin our vacation. The bus arrived on time at the Doubletree and Samual was terrific! He provided a great tour of the city as he drove us to the pier. I would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you Samual!

Easy transfer to airport - As a lower cost shuttle service from pier 91 to airport, it gets you to where you need to go. The shuttle itself is fairly small so when there are many people trying to use the service, be prepared to wait. After you check in at the end of the bus stop lane, the line can be long. Get in line early if you have a quick departure time after cruise. Seems a bit disorganized as the shuttle arrived with 50 people waiting, took a long time to load up and get going. There needs to be more vehicles if your only going to shuttle 20 people at a time. Someone needs to watch the line as some cut to get on first. The drop off may not be by your airline. One drop off location in the middle of departures, so you may have to walk bit to check in. But for the price, it got me to the airport after my cruise.
