I was impressed at how... - I was impressed at how extra conscientious the driver and this organization was to getting me from my hotel to the cruise port. The driver sent me a message in advance of my trip, letting me know exactly what time he would be at my hotel for pickup. Then, I ended up having a last minute change in hotels and was worried we wouldn’t connect. I messaged my changed location and they willingly made the adjustment and picked me up without any hassles. I truly appreciate their flexibility in helping me get to my cruise ship.

Our driver was friendly,... - Our driver was friendly, helpful and on time. He was also patient and respectful with older travelers.

Safe and dependable - I needed a secure, dependable service for my self and two older sisters. The service was prompt, clean, and driver was courteous. Exactly what I wanted.

Seattle - Right on time. Was able to accommodate my wheelchair. Got to Cruise Terminal on time. Driver was good.

Alaska cruise - We had an excellent guide. He told us all about Seattle and when we got to the port my friend had left her luggage at the hotel and he went all the way back and got it and made sure it got to the ship on time. I wish I could remember his name. We tipped him really well though. He was amazing.

Seattle Express. One of the Best. - We had the pleasure of having Tammy as our shuttle driver from a Sea Tac hotel to Cruise Pier 91. She was on time and provided Seattle fun facts for the sights that we passed on the way. Yes, I would 100% recommend Seattle express for reasonable and reliable Seattle cruise port transportation

Hotel to cruise pier shuttle - This was an easy was to travel from our hotel to the cruise pier! Quick and inexpensive! I highly recommend it!

Effortless travel - Working with Seattle Express was easy. They picked us up at the hotel, and we were to Smith Cove Terminal in less than 45 minutes.

...it worked... - On time despite confusion on what driver/coach was assigned to our reservation. Older coach with an exhaust issue that pumped diesel fumes into the cabin.
