- Camp 18 Museum - Those who want to learn more about logging history in the northwest, or who simply are curious about vintage logging machinery, will find plenty of material at Camp 18. Outdoor displays include multiple steam donkeys such as a Dolbeer single spool, a very early first-generation model, to a high-tech late-model Willamette compound geared yarder that was the height of technology for its day. Other displays on site include a large bandsaw from a sawmill, a self-propelled Ohio steam crane, Caterpillar-style tracked vehicles that worked in the woods, a railroad skeleton log car and other heavy equipment plus a wide variety of large and small hardware. We will make a quick stop here on our way to the spectacular Oregon Coast so that you can explore the historic equipment, use the restroom, and buy some coffee if you want.

Experience a day on Oregon’s beautiful coastline, rich with striking headlands, sandy beaches and historic lighthouses on this trip from Portland. Wander along the beach in the charming town of Manzanita, discover Short Sands Beach, take in breathtaking views from Neahkahnie Point, and traverse Cannon Beach, where you’ll explore tide pools at Haystack Rock and have some free time to browse the stores and art galleries.
- Child aged 3-6 will need a car seat for this tour. Please bring a car seat as the local operator will not be able to accommodate child without car seat
- Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements (minimum of four people). In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund

Oregon coast - The trip was great, such wonderful views! Our guide was very knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend this to anyone that is in the area. Good value for the money.

Coastal Tour - I had the pleasure to spend two completely different tours back-to-back with the Tourguide John and it was absolutely amazing! He knows a whole bunch of facts and history and made everyone feel comfortable. 10/10

Wonderful day trip - Tour was great! For anyone visiting Portland it is a great way to spend most of your day! Oregon coast is so much more than just cannon beach and John, our tour guide made sure to show us all of it!
You’ll hit great beaches, get a insider info on Portland and Cannon Beach and will see places that were included in Gunnies and Point Beak movies!
Overall, would do again and will recommend anyone I know !

Lovely Experience - I had a lovely time. We had a smaller group (just the three of us) and were able to customize the trip a bit to you liking and the weather. It was rainy, and we added a little quick visit to Tillamook for cheese and ice cream sampling, and stopped by to get fresh California cherries (one of the highlights). Our driver and tour guide was knowledgeable and really thoughtful, the van was comfortable, the views did not disappoint. Overall, a lovely experience.

Great day trip! - Phil was our guide, he was great! Cannon Beach, Haystack Rock and much more. The drive was lovely from Portland, Phil was a wealth of knowledge throughout the whole trip. Highly recommended.

Best Oregon Coast Day Trip - The entire trip is fantastic, from hotel pickup to drop-off. The guide cum driver Phil was excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous.
The stops planned were perfect; we wouldn't have been able to do it by ourselves: Cannon Beach, Haystack Rock, and all stops in between, old-growth forest hikes, restroom stops, and food/coffee stops. I would recommend this trip to anybody. Enjoy the beautiful Oregon Coast with this tour company. I would do this trip again if I came back to Portland.
