Experience to remember - I DON’T SWIM! I was so nervous that I almost backed out of doing it! Daniel our guide was so good and too all my fears away! I’m so glad I got to experience this!

Best first trip underwater - Great customer service, and super friendly team who will keep safe. This tour is a wonderful fun way to spend half a day making memories. The trip gives you a chance to see underwater wildlife, eye-opening experience.

Fun and Unique - Very cool experience! All operators from the drivers to the divers were very friendly and helpful. Scubadoo was fun, and the pictures were awesome! Bring cash if you would like to buy the pictures and have some money to tip the staff. One downside is that it took an hour and a half to get to the location due to us being the first stop and then stopping at three other resorts to pick up people. The drive back to our resort was also long. The excursion itself, though, was a lot of fun!

Scooba Doo This! - We had so much fun doing this! We got lucky in that my husband and I were the only guests on the morning trip, so we got the VIP treatment. I'd suggest doing the early tour. The later one was packed. The Scooba Doos were easy to use even if you're not a big fan of being out in the ocean. We realized the "controls" actually don't do anything. A guy is swimming behind you guiding the scooters the whole time. He did "chum" the water in order for us to have lots of fish swimming around and they took some really awesome photos (don't you dare pay the full price they offer at first- they expect to negotiate!). The reef itself wasn't much to look at. Mostly brown with seaweed on it. Not exactly the coral reef. But it was still a fun experience.

Fun, But Not What’s Advertised - This excursion was fun, but not what was advertised. When we arrived, the majority of the group was already on the platform and we were brought out there by a local fishing boat. We went right by the Panoramic One boat, but at no point were we on that boat like the description indicates which was very disappointing. We arrived on the platform and the guides already went over the instructions and expectations and didn’t go over it again when the remainder of the group arrived. They had snorkeling, but everyone just used ones and threw it in a bucket of water for others to use so absolutely no cleaning of the mouth pieces between people using which was a turn off to actually snorkeling. Once it was finally our turn, the Scuba Doo experience was awesome and like no other. Thankfully the divers were amazing at moving it because we didn’t know what we were supposed to do. The entire group was all shoved back into the local fishing boat which was so uncomfortable because there wasn’t enough room then they continued to take the long way back to shore to promote their dolphin experience. We received all 38 pictures of us both for $35 which wasn’t bad. Overall, the experience was fun and a once in a lifetime experience, but could have been more organized and the description more accurate.

A little more difficult than expected. - Snuba was a bit harder than we thought. My wife got dizzy as well as my son and didn't spend more than 2 minutes in the Snuba. My daughter and myself did ok. You can also snorkel while waiting for the others to do their Snuba. Then you get picked up by a glass bottom boat and cruise around a little. We stopped near the dolphin sanctuary and took some great photos and videos. The guys working this tour really do their best to try to make it enjoyable for all. We would not repeat this excursion just because of the difficulty we experienced with the Snuba machine but it is pretty cool to try.

Left and stranded - If I could give no stars I would. Let me start by saying I am a firm believer in no man left behind. I even sent my original review with vivitar which wasn't posted. I guess that's the reason they sent me a new link. After the tour, as I was paying for my pictures the tour bus left me and my partner. When I went back inside no one magically spoke engish. How do you leave paying customers. I would never recommend this excursion because of that fact. Go at your own risk.
