airport transfer - Airport Transfer. Did a great job. Was on time and met us at the train. Help us with our bags and pointed out some highlights to the city on the way to the hotel.

On time smooth hotel to airport transfer - Driver was prompt, put all luggage in the vehicle which was an attractive Mercedes and drove us to where each of us needed to go to checkin at Air France and British airways in Vienna. Price was the same for 1 or 4.

Highly recommended - It was so easy to get from the airport to our hotel. Our driver was friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this service.

Smooth Journey - Flight was early but driver of Mercedes Mini Bus was waiting. My Name on tablet Screen held by driver was easily spotted. We had 4 suitcases, so the driver took my wife's suitcase and led us to the Mercedes . Plenty of room in boot for 4 suitcases and other hand luggage. Very tidy Vehicle interior and lovely journey to hotel. So impressed have booked return trip to Airprt

Disappointing - Easy booking and pre-payment via Viator. Driver contacted me via telephone as we were retrieving our luggage from the luggage carousel and assured me that he would be arriving in approximately twenty minutes (which would have been 10 minutes before our pre-arranged meeting time). Driver remained in contact via telephone and we confirmed our waiting location in the Vienna arrivals lounge next to the limousine sign. Driver arrived 10+ minutes later than our scheduled time and without a signboard with my name. After grabbing two bags, the driver proceeded to walk ahead and take the four of us in an elevator to an upper floor parking area. The “van” was actually a Mercedes sedan, which was a tight-fit for four adults. No water or WiFi was offered during the ride from the Vienna Airport to our hotel in the city center. We were dropped off at a location 2-3 minutes walking distance from our hotel (Boutique Hotel am Stephansplatz) instead of at our hotel’s reception area. The entire pick-up seemed random and not well-planned out, despite having made reservations well in advance and pre-payment. BTW, we still tipped our driver 10 Euros despite the late arrival and the cramped ride.

Driver never showed up. - The driver never showed up and the service was prepaid. I tried calling but there was only a voice message. Now I have to request a refund.

Viator customer service is useless - Viator refused to work with me to change the pickup due to a rebooked flight. Absolutely horrid customer service.
