Disappointing - Easy booking and pre-payment via Viator. Driver contacted me via telephone as we were retrieving our luggage from the luggage carousel and assured me that he would be arriving in approximately twenty minutes (which would have been 10 minutes before our pre-arranged meeting time). Driver remained in contact via telephone and we confirmed our waiting location in the Vienna arrivals lounge next to the limousine sign. Driver arrived 10+ minutes later than our scheduled time and without a signboard with my name. After grabbing two bags, the driver proceeded to walk ahead and take the four of us in an elevator to an upper floor parking area. The “van” was actually a Mercedes sedan, which was a tight-fit for four adults. No water or WiFi was offered during the ride from the Vienna Airport to our hotel in the city center. We were dropped off at a location 2-3 minutes walking distance from our hotel (Boutique Hotel am Stephansplatz) instead of at our hotel’s reception area. The entire pick-up seemed random and not well-planned out, despite having made reservations well in advance and pre-payment. BTW, we still tipped our driver 10 Euros despite the late arrival and the cramped ride.

Drained, Drenched and Disappoinnted - We waited for our transfer an Hour++, following 22 hour travel arrival. Upon calling the operator, was told WE had booked the incorrect date. A call to Viator to clarify, we were told the booking was correct and the operator was confused/mistaken. With Viator cust service help and at least 4 phone calls to the land operator the service was provided. However, we had to walk in the pouring rain to the vehicle when there was a covered area outside the airport for pick-up.

Do not use this company/Viator - DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY NOR THROUGH VIATOR! They double charged us for our transfer when the circumstances were completely out of our control Our flight was delayed which caused us to miss our connecting flight so immediately upon landing I called the number on our reservation (which stated voicemail was unavailable so I could not leave a message) so I proceeded to contact Viator via WhatsApp. The operator stated "I will relay the message to the local tour operator". Apparently they did not do so as I received a call from the driver as we were boarding our new flight. Thankfully, upon landing our driver was there waiting and did drive us to our location but told us we needed to pay him for the trip. We informed him it was paid via the Viator app but he stated that was not the case. Unfortunately I was unable to find our receipt, which I later found. I emailed the company and this was the response: "I think you have misunderstood something. We were waiting for you right on time at the original landing time. Only after our chauffeur called you, you told us that you had missed the flight. And that you would arrive in 3-4 hours with a different flight. We told you that we would of course be happy to wait for you and pick you up. It is obvious that we will not wait for you for 3 hours free of charge and of course this is a new trip that has to be paid . We also informed you of this beforehand." We in fact did inform Viator who assured us they would inform the company. I did try to also contact the company directly but their phone number did not go to a live person nor did it let me leave a voicemail. This is very poor customer service on the part of both the company and Viator. I was so unhappy that I immediately canceled our transfer back to the airport with this company. Do not use this company and do not book through Viator! Very disappointing and shady.

Poor incredibly bad service - Do not use this service. There is no communication with them and they do not answer questions. Our driver did not show up and only called us after we looked all over for him and waited. Finally we just took a taxi and he later called when we were already in the taxi.

Driver never showed up. - The driver never showed up and the service was prepaid. I tried calling but there was only a voice message. Now I have to request a refund.
