Into the Heart of Crete

The sun was just beginning to rise over the horizon as we gathered outside our hotel, anticipation buzzing in the air. Our guide, George, arrived promptly, his jeep ready to take us on a journey through Crete’s hidden gems. As a former extreme sports athlete, I’ve seen my fair share of breathtaking landscapes, but the promise of Crete’s untouched beauty had me eager to explore.
