Great communication! - Fetu was great! Messaged me the day before our flight to confirm pick up details. The day of, he was at the hotel 30 mins before our flight, but did not rush us. Dropped us off at our departure terminal and our transfer to AMS went without a hitch! Would recommend using this service, especially if you’re like us and packed waaay too many bags to be using public transport lol!

Easy airport drop off - Having an early morning flight with super early pickup (4:30) kept the stress down. Driver on time and friendly. Nice clean car, too. Greeted me by name.

Visiting AMS - The service was great, 4.5 stars. Just navigating the airport to the pickup location was a bit challenging. Would highly recommend and would use again with now worries.

You need to call the... - You need to call the phone number indicated once you reach the pick up spot. This should be part of the pick up instructions. No one will be there waiting for you without the phone call. The ride was great once we figured that out.

Schiphol pick up - Because of the exhausting amount of walking involved getting around schiphol airport from arrival gate to pick up point it would have been helpful if the service had an option where drivers meet passengers at arrivals, but apart from this, problem service was good and driver very helpful. My flight was delayed but I had call from him before I even got to baggage reclaim. Then I had another long walk to get to the pick up point this time with luggage.

Very good overall! Recommend. - Driver, vehicle, chat communication with customer support were all great. The only hiccup was the phone number wouldn't work as I didn't know to drop the country code. A taxi driver helped me and was able to call and speak Dutch to the operator. All was fine from that point on! The instructions for the pickup were clear. Identifying the driver was why I needed to call.

Horrible service and experience - This company should not be in business. We used them twice- once for airport pickup and the second for transfer from our hotel back to the airport. Both of these reservations were for a van that would fit 6 people and 8 pieces of luggage. The first service was fine with no issues. For the second service, our driver, Fetu, came with a smaller van that would not accommodate our group and bags. Instead of offering a solution, he simply said “this will not work.” We asked if we could keep our backpacks on our laps or the floorboard so that everyone could sit in their seats safely, and we were told no because of airport fines. This is contradictory to what we were told and did on our first ride with the same company from the airport three days prior. Contrary to what he told his company/supervisor, Fetu did not help or provide a solution. Instead he called us disrespectful and began arguing with us about the luggage. We exited the vehicle and decided to take a different taxi service as Fetu was becoming hostile. Fetu tried to stop us from accessing our luggage and then pushed a member of our group. He continued to yell, threaten, and push our family member. He even put his hands around my family member’s throat! We tried to intervene, and Fetu would not stop being aggressive. Four of us were standing on the sidewalk ten feet away while another was standing between Fetu and our family member he assaulted. Finally a stranger also came over to pull Fetu away from us. He then threw our luggage on the ground and continued to be hostile- approaching us as we yelled for him to leave. If that was not bad enough, the company’s response was absolutely disgusting. They would not take accountability for their driver physically assaulting us. Instead, they only cared that we cursed at the driver (which occurred AFTER he laid his hands on my family member). If we did not have to catch our flight home, we would have filed a police report. This kind of behavior is not acceptable. Thankfully the taxi company we ended up using for our ride to the airport had the kindest driver who apologized for our experience, giving us his recommendation for filing a police report at the airport. I recommend using other taxi services and avoiding AmsterdamseTaxi.
