Göreme - Welcome to the World of Yoga.
In this experience, we will meet at love valley at the time of sunrise. We will do Hatha Yoga. It means the discipline of strength in Sanskrit. It is defined by its health benefits, both physical and mental. Hatha Yoga is a physical yoga practice paired with breathing work. It is a great option for beginners and experienced Yogis alike. Hatha Yoga: breathing exercises, and asanas. Doing Yoga improves sleep quality, reduces stress, and improves balance and strength. Yoga relieves neck and back pain. It is also good for psychological disorders by increasing the level of serotonin and gamma-aminobutyric acid, which calms and regulates mood. Most importantly, it teaches proper breathing. At the end of the 1-hour lesson, the lesson ends with 20 minutes of meditation.

walking through Beautiful valleys in Cappadocia - i had an amazing walking tour with Asim, he is such an adorable person. he picked me from my hotel and we went through Red valley, rose valley and Gulludere valley, Asim showed my amazing places, beautiful churches, and caves, It was an amazing experience , Being a solo female traveler i felt very safe and enjoyed my time with Asim. He is a PHD and gave me a lot of info about my masters degree program as well. at the end i wanted him to join me for a dinner which he couldn't ,as he has to go somewhere, i think i meet with someone i can call a friend any day.

Sunrise 🌅 - Absolutely amazing a must for couples or spiritual likes minded people ❤️ we went to turkey booked this sunrise 🌄 through tui as I had never heard of this before and I have been going 15 years . We were so excited to go Sal picked us up and what an experience wow Sal was so helpful and cheery plus funny we also met a lovely couple Olivia and Zachary who made our night more special. The water was like Hawaii so warm we watched the sun set absolutely breathtaking then went for a beautiful meal 🥘 then we sat around the camp 🏕 site singing and dancing. Amazing
A must to do in turkey 🇹🇷
