Great day trip to Sayulita - Looking for a day trip to Sayulita from PV. Not looking for a tequila tour. Guide, Pepe, deserves all prior 5 star reviews. He's friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area he calls home. He shows a passion for the area and it's people. Chocolate tour was informative and tasting was great. What a beautiful little oasis. Short stop for refreshing fruit and delicious candy. Provided ample free time in Sayulita for shopping and lunch. Looking forward to booking Pepe for other tours on future visits to PV.

We originally found him for an airport transfer but then quickly booked him for a snorkeling tour at Los Arcos and his chocolate making, taco tour. We asked for him to take us to San Pancho instead of Sayulita and it was great! Pepe was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He was ALWAYS on time and super quick and dependable with text communication. Plus, he always had a big smile on his face. You can tell he takes pride in his work and in the experience he provides to his guests. We hope to be back soon Pepe and sing you some more summer camp songs in the van! 🤣

Tour With Jose! - Jose was wonderful! He was kind and so knowledgeable! My group was only three people and I went solo. I got to meet new people and enjoy a cultural experience through PV! Sayulita had all the beach vibes and it was an all around a great day! Book with Jose! You’ll love every minute!

Pepe is the best tour guide in Puerto Vallarta! - José “Pepe” García was an incredible host- very knowledgeable about the history of Puerto Vallarta, and very ingaging. As it was a smaller group, he was able to tailor our experience & had plenty of time for questions. I cannot recommend Pepe (and his company Vallarta Tours) highly enough!!

Hot Springs Adventure Day - Antonio provides absolutely amazing tours that are personalized and full of knowledge of the area. My partner and I went on the Aguas Termales (hot springs tour) and it was definitely a trip highlight! He picked us up from La Cruz de Huanacaxtle with one other guest from our casa and we embarked on an adventure through a few small towns up into the mountains, stopping to buy local fruit, at a tortilla factory and to pick up food for our barbeque lunch that Antonio prepared as we enjoyed the hot springs. It was a full day of fun. We learned so much and would definitely recommend reaching out to Antonio if you're in the Puerto Vallarta area!

Pepe is the best! - Jose aka Pepe is one of the best and most personable guides we've had. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very communicative about your tour and what to expect. He went out of his way to help us find a place for lunch due to our dietary restrictions. Since he's a native of PV he's full of knowledge about everything PV/Sayulita from the history all the way to the flora and fauna of the area. His car is very nice, clean and roomy. Pepe does a great job of tailoring the tour around your interests so we'd book this tour again or any tour Pepe offers. Thanks Pepe!!!!!

Outstanding tour - Jose', or as he likes pepe', was an outstanding tour guide! He was an excellent driver and catered to all of our needs and wants during the tour. He's knowledge of Porta Vallarta was great.

The best tour I’ve ever been! - This time we decided to take a cruise along the Pacific, we stopped by at Cabo, Mazatlán and finally to Puerto Vallarta. We were there for just a day and because the cruise only let us stay for 12 hours in this beautiful place we trusted Jose (Pepe) to take us discover the best places not only in Puerto Vallarta but it’s surrounded areas of Bahia de Banderas. It was really nice to be received with a personalized sign with my name. His car was really neat, we visited the best places, we had the most delicious food, we even tried some local homemade chocolate. We finished the tour with a tequila testing. If you are a traveler who enjoys adventures, great food exploring but you don’t want to be stressed about where to go, if it’s safe or not, do yourself a favor and contact Pepe! We definitely recommend his services when in Puerto Vallarta. “Vallarta Roots” will be the best option.
