Excellent tour guide! - Brit was an excellent tour guide. She is very knowledgeable, courteous, and answers whatever questions you ask. Definitely worth a big $ tip. Wanted to give her a tip, but she left too quickly after tour was completed.

Wealth of information - Britt was great!! Funny, full of facts, and informational. Highly recommend her and the tour. She gave us early info on Savannah as well as information in the history of the book and characters.

Would recommend this experience to others. - Our guide was wonderful. She made the experience come alive. Felt comfortable and safe walking the streets at midnight. Much more than we expected!!

Excellent guide and really fun tour!♡ - Our guide MADE the tour! She was excellent in her knowledge, delivery, judgement, kindness, and sense of humor! We learned so much about Savannah in addition to the 'Midnight...' story. It was fun at the bars too! It was our favorite part of the visit (and we went to the Pink House, which came in second). Not worth it! Entertaining. Only went to two pubs and they weren’t even the ones that were listed on our reservations. - The tour guide was very informative. She did not give her opinion, stated facts. A lot of walking!!!

Do Not Book the Savannah Midnight in the Garden Pub Crawl - My friend and I booked the Savannah Midnight in the Garden Pub Crawl with Revelry Tours of Savannah for July 8th, 2023 and have NEVER, EVER, EVER felt so scammed. I can't even comment on the experience, as we did not even do the tour based on the conversation we had with our tour guide (but was charged for it). We arrived 15 minutes early as recommended and would not have known that was our tour/guide until a young lady (who was dressed in spandex shorts, shirt, tennis shoes . . . . and 4 months pregnant may I add) approached us asking if we were signed up for this tour. She stated we were the only two that signed up. If we had known we were the only two who signed up, we would have cancelled and signed up with another tour, with a group of people . . . It was very uncomfortable and didn't make sense to have a pregnant young lead us in a pub crawl. She immediately let us know that we were the only two on the tour and stated we could cancel if we chose . We both read the book, "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil" (which was advertised in your tour, and why we chose it ) and thought about it, assuming we would get some history/attend the pubs in the book. I asked the tour guide to walk us through the tour. Her answer, "I take you to three pubs, the third one usually people have to go to the bathroom and are drunk by then, so I leave". There was no mention of any history, My statement to her was, "we can walk to pubs on our own and do not need anyone to walk us around and sit there". I also asked if this tour had coordinated with these 3 pubs we were visiting . . . "no I just take you there and hopefully on a weekend there is a seat available, if not we just wait". Seriously? We inquired about getting a refund and stood there for 15 minutes while she was texting (I assume it was her supervisor or someone with Revelry Tours) to say they would get back with us. So, they did, "thank you so much for coming on Midnight in the Garden Pub Crawl, hope that you had a great time" . . . . lol Giving Revelry Tours an opportunity to refund ($70) a tour we never went on, not to mention you ruined our evening . . . if not, I hope it's worth the $70 as I will copy and paste this email from Austin, New Orleans, Charleston, Savannah and Nashville . . . and make sure every effort is made so that no one else has to experience this.

Buyer Beware!!!! - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I tried to cancel our tour due to impending stormy weather (within the guidelines on my confirmation receipt). However, I was told they had changed the policy and would not honor my confirmation. NO REFUND!!! I was not notified that there had been a change in the policy from 24 to 48 hour notice so they should have honored the confirmation they sent me (IN WRITING!) I had already been charged (and already paid on credit card) over $200 for 5 people’s tickets and their handling fees. No way to get my money back when I was honoring exactly what they stated on my receipt and on their cancellation policy. Horrible horrible customer service!!!! Save your money and look elsewhere!!!!
