Nice hassle-free tour of Savannah - This sightseeing tour with shuttle service was great. No hassle like the hop on hop off ones sometimes are. Picked us at our hotel. The bonus with this tour is that after the tour you can call and get them to pick up or drop you off at any of their stops. Things are so close, though, we just walked. Kathleen clearly loves Savannah and was a great host/guide. Viator kept in great contact with us.

Great bus tour - We enjoyed the Kelly bus tour. Our tour driver, John, did a fabulous job of showing us the sites. He added numerous stories with lots of humor and interesting facts. He was very personable and helpful.

BEST VALUE OF ANY TOUR I'VE EVER TAKEN - The tour was very informative and the live narrative was great. PLUS you get unlimited shuttle service after the tour for that whole day and the next day until 5 p.m. They pick you up and take you anywhere you want to go within the city. You just call a number and they are there within five minutes. It is so much better than a hop on hop off bus where you have to get to a certain destination to get picked up and the bus might be full. We where always the only ones on the shuttle every time we were picked up and we used it eight times. It is an unbelievable value. We highly recommend this tour.

Ask for John! - We loved our tour with John! He knows all the places, names and history. John was always happy to answer our questions, and really made our tour feel personal.

A great way to get an overview of the historic district - My family and I went on the 4/13/24, 3:00 tour with John, I think that was his name. I know his wife’s name is Donna. He was a very entertaining tour guide. The weather and timing was perfect for the 90 minute tour. The only negative was the instructions on where to go to start the tour. The map should say to look for the Gray Line Bus in the parking lot of the Savanah Museum Visitor’s Center. We went inside the visitor’s center and there was no one in the lobby, not where there any signs stating where to go. As we exited the visitor’s center we saw multiple tour companies’ buses in the parking lot. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Great - The tour was great. The guide took responsibility to make it an interesting tour even with the race being run in downtown. We were still able to see many parts of the city. Thanks for being creative with the tour. It was much appreciated.

Just right - This was a very last minute booking for us as we were only spending a day in Savannah. Our tour guide John was excellent! He was processional, knowledgeable, friendly and funny! He took us back to our hotel afterwards which was so helpful. Highly recommended!

Poor Experience - I would not recommend this tour. The trolley seats were very cramped and uncomfortable. The driver/tour guide was not very good. He was not very animated and flooded us with more information than we could comprehend. The whole tour felt rushed and we actually ended about 20 minutes earlier than we should have. The driver had a sign expressing his view regarding voting machines on his homemade tip box. Just a weird vibe about the stuff he said.

Disappointed! - Was looking for an introductory trolley tour and unfortunately made the mistake of booking this tour.. Was more confused after the tour than when we started.. Very poor tour. Very disjointed talk with no personal tidbits other than talking about his wife.. It appeared that the driver could not talk and drive at the same time. Poor explanation too, of shuttle service provided. Noticed other trolleys going by during our stay were much better speakers. It may have been this persons first day or training, but I felt cheated as the tour was less than the time described. Thank god actually! Let me out and walk!!
