Awesome tour! - Brandon Carter is one of the best tour guides we have ever had anywhere in the country, and we’ve done many, many tours in various cities. He was accommodating to different walking speeds for our group. And he make sure everyone can hear everything well. He spent extra time after talking and giving suggestions and talking about things to make sure we didn’t miss important historical structures. We highly recommend booking Brandon!

A solid intro to Savannah's history for visitors and locals - I took the Savannah History Walk tour from Brandon, and I highly recommend it. The tour was detailed, informative, and historically grounded. I'm local and know some Savannah history already, but I learned new things and was introduced to sights I've walked past hundreds of times without noticing. Brandon was a friendly and engaging guide, and I appreciated his willingness to answer questions and tailor the tour based on my interests. It's a fantastic tour that will enrich your experience of the city!

Best tour In Savannah - Brandon gave us the best tour I may have ever gone on! We signed up for the Savannah Walking Tour to hear about the broad history of the city. Brandon layed so much information on us that we walked away trying to retain as much of it as we possibly could. He prides himself on teaching “true history,” thus the company name, and that came through in his tour. As we listened to other tours go by, we could tell their stories were either fictional or sensationalized, whereas Brandon spoke to the real and authentic story of the city. The tour was so good that my partner and I booked a second tour, the Savannah Dark History tour, while we were still in town. Once again, this tour was deeply informative and helped us gain an extensive understanding of the darker side of Savannah. Other tours focus on ghosts and the paranormal, telling myths and urban legends that do not reflect reality. However, Brandon debunked these myths and offered us a true, unbiased, yet still scary and compelling narrative of these stories. After the tour concluded, some members of the tour asked Brandon for bar recommendations. Brandon was kind enough to walk us back down Bull Street and over to Wayward Bar. We ended up actually going to Wayward with him and some of the other guests, spending a night together chatting about our lives and stories. We even met Brandons dog Max there! It ended up being the highlight of our trip. I know the tour is a little bit expensive but I promise it is worth every penny if you truly care about history and want to walk away a more informed guest of the City. I cant thank Brandon enough for our time in Savannah and the next time we come back to town we will undoubtedly start with another tour

Great Savannah 101 Tour - Our family of 4 (including two young children) took the Savannah 101 tour with Brandon and we really enjoyed it. We learned about the origins of the city and why it was built. We also learned about various restaurants, things to do, and places to see. It was very helpful to take this tour as it was our family's first time in Savannah. Also the tour was only 1 hour which was perfect when traveling with young children.

Best Walking Tour - If you are looking for a great walking tour when visiting Savannah, look no further than this one. My husband and I took the “Dark History” tour with Brandon and it was an absolute treat. An attorney by trade, Brandon is very knowledgeable and passionate about the history of Savannah; it was very obvious he cared a lot about the subject and took the time to research everything about it. He made it a point to tell the true history of Savannah, dispelling any myths other tour groups might tell you, and was always willing to answer any questions (no matter how off the wall). He also took the time prior to starting the tour to call every group not yet there to ensure they made it on time and made sure to let the group know if we were crossing an uneven paths /major roads - a small gesture overall but shows a lot about how much he cares about his tour groups having a good time. Overall, this was a fantastic addition to our trip to Savannah and I highly recommend making the time to take one of these tours.

Energizing factual history! - Brandon did an excellent job narrating and depicting the history of Savannah and the different figures /sites that play a huge significance here. An energizing tour that focuses on the facts and debunks myths is a plus! We had an amazing time!

BEST HISTORY TOUR IN SAVANNAH - Literally the greatest history tour in the South. Brandon, our Guide, was a wealth of knowledge and truly cares about the history he is sharing!!! As soon as the tour ended my wife and I already start looking into booking another tour and it is all we could talk about the rest of the night. We have done a few tours prior and this one put them all to shame! WE WILL BE BACK for the dark History tour and are even more excited for the Wilmington NC and St. Augustine FL tours!!!

Highly recommend this tour - Brandon was absolutely fabulous. His knowledge of the area both true and false was spot on and delivered with a factual and sometimes humorous air. Highly encouraged anybody else to take this tour he did a great job
