Unscripted - Craig the tour guide was very personable and knowledgeable about the history of Savannah, was very informative about the city and very intriguing with the ghost lore, the walk was pleasant and even with a walking cast (broken ankle) was quite easy. The bars were nice and affordable and offered non alcoholic options for those that done drink.

The haunted pub crawl was... - The haunted pub crawl was a really good time. Our guide Craig was good, had personal stories related to the stops, he could have maybe kept things moving along a little better, but still very nice. The group we had was alot of fun to be with!!

Complete Waste of Money and time - The tour guide spent the first 45 minutes of our 90 minute tour standing in the same spot and talking about his “Irish friend”. Finally we moved a block away to a bar, where he again talked about having dinners with his “rich” friends. There was hardly any talk about the history or ghosts . It was just stupid and annoying, so we left and joined another tour and had a great time. I wanted to call and complain to the tour company but the only phone numbers I could find were for this one specific guide, so I think maybe he’s doing this on his own? Would have loved to support a small business just not a worthless one.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - This was absolutely disastrous. The tour guide was hammered and we took 30 minutes to listen to obviously made up stories about “his friend Billy”. I was embarrassed to bring my family to this and we contemplated faking sick to not ruin the rest of the night. I’d like a refund. I could keep going about how atrocious this was but I’ll save my breath.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY - Don't allow your guides to show up to tours wearing fishing shirts and note cards on the stories. Every other tour I've ever been on the guides get into the experience.. We paid for a haunted pub crawl and got a guy that looked like he just walked up off the street with some stores on a peice of paper. If after 3 weeks your guides don't have the stories somewhat memorized.. there may be an issue. This is a haunted pub crawl, not a walking tour. We were told to run in and grab our drinks at every stop and if someone needed a restroom break they should have someone else order their drinks. Its not what you say, its how you say it. This really set the tone for what does not sound like a fun exeperience. We didn't even stay for the tour and the company refused to refund our money. Horrible customer service.

Tour guide didn’t show up, was rude on the phone. - The tour guide did not show up. When I called, he said he had no record of my booking and blamed Me for booking with a 3rd party. He made no attempt to apologize or figure out how to refund me. Yelled at me because he was out to dinner with his family, kept saying he couldn’t hear me so I hung up. I then texted him a screenshot of my reservation confirmation. He responded saying that he was trying to figure it out with me but I hung up! When were we’re on the phone he just kept telling me that he didn’t know how to fix it and that he couldn’t hear me. I was beyond shocked at how he treated me and spoke to me. I understand that a scheduling mistake was made at some point, I’m a reasonable person. But at no time did he offer an apology or seem to genuinely care about anything other than defending himself and blaming me. We ended up running into another tour company that was beginning a tour later in the night and had a wonderful time. Do not book here…
