Spooky Savannah - Lance was terrific and this tour sure was spooky. He took us to several haunted places and many of us caught we energy orbs on our cameras. He was super knowledgeable but also pretty silly! He had lots of jokes to lighten the mood after we encountered some spooky stuff. I would highly recommend this tour if you want to walk around Savannah at night and get goosebumps. It was terrific.

Out of this world!! - Lance was an amazing tour guide. The experience was literally out of this world. So many creepy facts and encounters!! I would 110% recommend this tour to everyone!!

Saw a ghost? We think so! - We saw something paranormal on our tour! At the creepy cemetery downtown, an old soldier seemed to stalk around the shadows, and the iron gates were locked! Lance was our guide and his jokes are wonderful, but keep your eyes open and your cameras out or you will miss the best part! We went to Savannah’s most haunted locations and we couldn't be more impressed! Loved it and loved Lance!

Worth the trip! - We had an amazing time with our guide, Lance. He gave us first-hand stories and evidence of his ghostly experiences, rather than memorizing a script. We learned a lot about the city and its history, as well . And we got some great photos of our own! I highly recommend the Hell Cat Tour in Savannah!

Highly Recommend - I’ve been on many ghost tours in Savannah over the years but this one was my favorite! I was hooked onto every single word my guide (Lance) spoke, and actually caught something on camera! Additionally he led me to sights none of my other tours have led me to which made it feel special and unique. I highly recommend this tour. Thanks again!

Definitely worth it - We had a great, spooky, informational time with Lance! Doing a walking tour at night was the way to go.

Very Good! - Lance was our guide and I thought his quirkiness added to the tour. He was very informative and really gave our group a lot of background to the sites he took us. Some of us got strange images on our cameras, some did not. Definitely worth the money.

not great - not even sure what the tour guides name was. 9pm tour saturday 5/8/22. we were standing in the meeting spot for a good 5 minutes and he was lurking behind benches, honestly appeared like a vagrant. we approached another tour, asking if they were black cat tours and they said no - we went back to the meeting square and after another couple minutes he finally approached us.. at which point we see his lanyard. he told us WE were 20 minutes late.... um, ok. whatever. we were the only 2 people in the tour and thats fine, its not his fault nobody else booked. but it made us feel uncomfrotably obligated to laugh at the corny jokes he dropped every 30 seconds.. instead of telling us very much about hauntings or the people in the houses we passed. i expected to be told actual stories i guess and this was more just a guy stumbling around savannah, pointing at places and telling us which windows people got pictures of ghosts inside. thats cool and all but he was just not a great tour guide. then at the end we were told "like waiters. we work for tips" and made us feel obligated to tip him despite not enjoying ourselves at all. it all made my husband and i very uncomfortable and the next day we discussed that we were just excited to ge to take a 'real' tour using a different guide/company altogether the next time we come to savannah.
