Savannah Spirits take the Stage - We had the whole theater to ourselves. The private tour and history, background surrounding the theater was thoroughly reviewed by Micah and Courtney. They were thorough on everything ranging from equipment usage to "hot spots" and recent activities. They also explained the "myths" that shrouded the theater as well as their respective discoveries and those found by guests that came before us. Very unbiased and straight coming. They were helpful throughout and participated actively. Their enthusiasion positively fed the entire experience. I enjoyed the guided tour and complimentary extensions that were extended to us. Their decades of experience and insight provided a resoundingly impressive experience overall and will be returning soon.

Such a great time! - We really enjoyed our time with Courtney and Micah. They are very knowledgeable and I could listen to them share stories all night. This was our first time and they taught us how to use the equipment and made my 11 year old twins feel more comfortable being there. My teen geeked out and really enjoyed doing this in real life vs. just watching others through a screen. Thank you so much for a great time!

Was a good time but could have had the history portion shortened by a lot. - While it is fun and engaging and let there be no mistake, we did enjoy ourselves, we did come away with thinking that the actual "investigation" time could be added too if they cut the history portion from and hour and fifteen minutes to maybe a half hour? If you couple the learning of the items used by Courtney and then a half hour by Mycah on the history this leaves a full two hours to investigate. Now, you barely have an hour and a half to investigate and when paying $100 a person that seems to be important to get as much time investigating for your money. But it was fun, we didn't see hear much other than the bell going off once in a while and the firetruck making noise, maybe this isn't true but we though maybe both were on a timer?

A Spookyful Evening! - Courtney and Micah truly created a magical and memorable experience! Their passion for the Savannah Theatre and their ability to blend history with the paranormal made for a fascinating event. And getting hands-on with their paranormal equipment? Was definitely a treat for ghost tech enthusiasts and the curious alike. 🙌

Far Exceeded our Expectations 👻 - This was our first ever legit ghost hunt and it fully exceeded our expectations. When you get there, first Micah will tell you all of the paranormal equipment you will be using such as spirit boxes, cameras, rem pods, k2 meter, and much much more. They even have a spirit board which you can use if you’d like (we opted to skip that). Once he gives you the rundown, you will get with Courtney who will tell you the history of the Theater and some of the ghosts known to still reside there. Then it’s time for the ghost hunt! They set you off with all of your equipment, turn off the lights and let you do your thing exploring and investigating. We were also able to get with Courtney and Micah and do the Estes method which I have always wanted to try.
Overall, it was an amazing experience that greatly exceeded our expectations. Courtney and Micah are great people and are amazing at what they do. Our 11 year old still talks about it all the time! This is worth every penny and will for sure be a must do every time we go back to Savannah!

Authentic paranormal investigation - This is truly a 10 out of 10! For those seeking an authentic experience, this is the place to visit. Courtney and Micah are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, offering deep insight into the building’s history and sharing their extensive expertise in paranormal investigations. Their dedication and professionalism make every visit unforgettable. If you’re in town, stopping by to see them is an absolute must!

Don’t miss this! A real paranormal investigation! - If you’re looking for a real ghost hunting experience, you have to check this out. Courtney and Micah provide a ton of equipment like you see on all the ghost shows, explain how it works, give you an awesome history tour of the theatre and let you loose to do your own investigation. They are there to help with questions and provide as much guidance as you want. A great way to experience the paranormal while in Savannah. 10/10. They are amazing, and the history of the theater is fascinating. Highly recommend!!!

Best REAL ghost investigation in Savannah - Micah and Courtney are incredible! They run an authentic paranormal investigation lock in where they tell you all the history of the building along with explaining all of the numerous items of equipment that they have available for you to use. After taking the tour, I could really tell that Mike and Courtney are knowledgeable and passionate about the theater. This is a must do when coming to Savannah and 1000% worth the money.
