THE Best Ghost/Paranormal experience ever! - This is one of THE best ghost experiences we’ve ever done and we’ve done many! LOTS of paranormal activity and all the equipment to you need to fully experience paranormal activity. Even seen clear orbs on the livestream downstairs while people were investigating upstairs. HIGHLY recommend. My kids want to go back a second night in a row!

Fun and interactive with spirit beyond the grave! - It was quite interesting. The Guides Katie and Andrew did a great job explaining the equipment and helped guide us on our finds. We got to experience more unexplainable things that occurred and very interactive experience where we actually could have broken conversations with spirits from beyond the grave. I would say going later at night is best for more interactive experience.

We enjoyed interacting with the spirits! - So glad we came across this tour while walking to a restaurant on the riverwalk! (Ask James for a military discount!) Andrew & Brian are great guides & enjoyed sharing the history of the building & stories of the nearby neighborhood. They even shared videos of other people’s experiences! After a briefing, we were explained how the paranormal instruments worked & were allowed to investigate upstairs & downstairs on our own. “David’s room” in the back was just plain creepy (and felt very unwelcoming). My husband & I stayed in the 2 front rooms. We learned that there is a friendly spirit in the “Pink Room” and liked the silence & preferred to be alone. (It would “check out” when it got too loud or too many people were in the room.) It was very interesting that the EMF reader would go off in the corner where there are 3 old rolled up rugs & a doll sitting on a luggage (because there is no electricity along that wall). My favorite devices to use was the SLS, EMF, and the dictionary option on the Ovilus. (We believe this spirit asked us twice on this device to pray for it.) Overall, my husband & I really had a great time tonight!!! We did not feel unsafe or threatened. But….Just to be on the safe, I brought along white sage & smudged ourselves (and others!) My advice to other visitors is: 1) be polite & respectful; 2) introduce yourself just like you would meeting a new person; 3) ask tasteful questions; 4) listen; 5) and, make sure you say goodbye…

Blown away! - We were pretty skeptical going into this experience but kept an open mind. We were blown away! Our group had numerous events that we were unable to explain and the two hours flew by. We would definitely do this again.

Worth the wild!!! - What an amazing team of ghost hunters!! Ted, Andrew and Bex were some really cool and knowledgeable people. The experience was out of this world and definitely worth it. Working with the crew and using the gadgets to converse with the restless was an exciting adventure. I can’t wait to come back to continue this investigation!!

Spooky good time! - What a fun night! Bex was extremely knowledgeable about the equipment provided! Had a great time using the SB11 spirit box and the Ovilus. I was able to see 2 spirits in the bathroom with my SLS camera. I will post and share my evidence.

I had a great time !!! Jordan and Brian did amazing job. Jordan was great - Have you cell phone charged lol so you can record and take lots of photos. Be patient Great job Jordan and Brian it was my 1st time going and I definitely will be going back . I recommend everyone to go. It was a great experience.

Our 1st ghost hunting expedition! - Our guides, Brian and Jordan were fantastic! They explained all the equipment and gave us background on some of the events that have happened there. Can't wait to go through all the pics I took and see if I caught anything. Thanks for a great time! Highly recommend!
