Enjoyed the Botanical Tour - S Sargon provided a lot of interesting information about many different plants and was able to answer all of our questions. She was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Also her knowledge and insights about the various ironwork detail on many of the older homes was very much appreciated as well.

Informative, colorful arts, history and botany tour. - The tour guide, Sargon, was knowledgeable, friendly and provided interesting anecdotes. It was fun learning about the medicinal uses of trees in the Colonial Burial Ground and African designs in wrought iron work.

Well Worth the Trip even if you know nothing about plants. - I am not into plants, I know nothing about them, but we thought this might be different and somewhat interesting. This experience was GREAT. Our guide, Charon(sp) was energetic, down to earth, explained everything on a level that I understood and very much kept my attention. She is a wealth of information and conveys it very well. The walking pace was perfect which we have found to be an issue with other tours- either too fast or slow. She also included an education into the iron works throughout the city. Well worth going on for anyone. Oh, and we know the real story about Spanish Moss !!

Natural Beauty and History - Sargon did a fantastic job blending history and knowledge of the plants on the tour. My family and I were the only ones on the tour which gave it a very personable feel to it. Sargon was also very knowledgeable on the cast iron and wrought iron metal work we saw along the tour. Even though we were on the tail end of all the spring flowers blooming, we still saw many beautiful gardens. We will definitely do this again.
