Fun and easy dive! - These guys made it real easy to have a nice dive! They picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel and made the whole experience easy and fun.

An easy, stress free dive - I had a very pleasant diving experience with these guys. Very accommodating last minute, made it stress free and reviewed diving skills with me, truly passionate about their job and it was nice that I wasn't in a big group. Will definitely look them up again when I'm back!

Junior is awesome! - Junior was our dive guide and he has the patience of a saint! As new divers, he made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. He pointed out all the cool stuff underwater so I could take pictures and then took pictures of us as well. It was a great dive and we hope to see Junior again real soon.

Great family dive in Aruba - We had an amazing scuba dive with the Nautilus diving team. This was our first dive since being recently certified as a family. They were so patient with us and we’re awesome to my 10 and 11 year old especially as my son struggled to equalize. They picked us up right at our cruise ship and we were in water over an hour with a 45 minute dive at hole in the wall. It was a great first dive for our junior divers and Juan was great at leading us on the dive. Will absolutely do again next time we are in Aruba.

Great Aruba Scuba!!! - I had a wonderful shore dive with Mark at the hole in the wall. Saw 2 huge green moray eels and even spotted a seahorse. Mark took his time to make sure all gear was properly set up and was very atttentive to me having a great dive. Mark also took all pf these awesome photos in this review which was an added bonus. Angela picked me up promptly and drove me to the shop. Juan the owner was very friendly and hospitable and they both dropped me off back at my hotel. I would recommend this operation and will definetly book with them when i come back. I was a solo diver and wanted to keep up with my dive skills for next dive trip. So pleased i found them and could squeeze in the time for dive while in aruba.

Smooth and Easy - Instructor and owner Juan was great. Very helpful and patient. I’ve been out of the water for a little while and he got my gear squared away perfectly and got me right back into the swing of things. Angela his wife runs an efficient shop and is super sweet. Giovanni his dive master is a great guy, also patient and professional. Thanks Team Nautilus Aruba!

Great shore dives at Mangel Halto - Nice, relaxing shore dives at a quiet beach, far from the touristy areas north of Oranjestad. We were staying right across from this beach, so Nautilus was very conveniently located a few blocks away. First dive was from the deck at Mangel Halto to the Hole in the Wall (the blue hole close to shore). Saw lots of fish and a wreck. The second dive from Bao Baranca, about 200m away, was super impressive - deeper, with more coral and fish. Highly recommended!

Greedy, bad equipment, unfathomably reckless - 2023: great experience with Juan, two tank shore dive 2024: 1 dive was great with Junior. I started with 2800 psi and ended with 1500. This will be significant detail in a moment. The 2nd dive could have resulted in a fatality. There was an equipment problem. I checked my depth 7-8 minutes into the dive and noticed that my air was at zero. Zero zero. I could still breathe, alerted Junior, and we turned the dive. During our safety stop, each breath became harder and harder to take as my tank ran out of air. I took Junior’s alternate air. Then, another problem emerged. Each breathe I took from Junior’s air was filled with water. I had to purge the water, take a breath, purge the water again, etc. I imagine it was kind of like being waterboarded, as drowning felt imminent the entire time. I wouldn’t normally check my air only a few minutes into a dive. I happened to have been curious about the depth and I got lucky. When we got back to the dive shop, Juan, the owner, said the problem was that I “breathed too much”. That’s right. He blamed me for breathing 3000 psi of air in just a few minutes. And the alternate air reg that caused me to inhale water? My fault too? He had zero interest in my safety, zero interest in doing the right thing and at least refunding the second dive. The only thing Juan was interested in was that he already had my money. Maybe worse than that, he had zero interest in figuring out how these two major problems occurred so that he could repair or replace the problematic equipment. It’s just sitting there to be used for the next person. On top of Juan’s carelessness, I have had to dispute the cost of the second dive with my credit card company because of Juan’s unbelievable greed. Stay away.

Breach of Contract - Not recommend - I booked a 2-tank boat dive, my main priority was going to see the airplanes. This was confirmed also by writing. After getting to the dive shop they told me that we were not going there as the other divers were not certified enough. After talking to them they said that it will still be possible to go the airplanes. Once on the boat and having left the jetty they just said that we are not going there anymore - they basically trapped me on the boat! This is a breach of contract, they selling me something for 140 USD and not delivering. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour, especially by the two owners Angela and Juan, also their communication especially Juan was absolutely rude, childish and far from professional. Not recommend if you are actually planning to go to specific dive sides. Terrible experience!! The dive masters - who actually lead the individual dives are nice. Reservé un buceo de 2 tanques, mi principal prioridad era ir a ver los aviones. También me lo confirmaron por escrito. Después de llegar a la tienda de buceo me dijeron que no íbamos a ir allí, ya que los otros buceadores no estaban suficientemente certificados. Después de hablar con ellos me dijeron que todavía sería posible ir a ver los aviones. Una vez en el barco y habiendo abandonado el puerto, me dijeron que ya no íbamos a ir allí. Esto es un incumplimiento de contrato, me venden algo por 140 USD y no me lo entregan. Comportamiento absolutamente poco profesional, especialmente por parte de los dos propietarios Angela y Juan, también su comunicación especialmente Juan era absolutamente grosero, infantil y lejos de ser profesional. No se recomienda si usted está planeando ir a los lados de buceo específicos. ¡Terrible experiencia! Los dive masters - que realmente conducen las inmersiones individuales son cool y dan lo mejor.

Reserved shore dive. They sent directions for pick up. They did not show up. - They forgot to pick us up! Reserved dive months in advance with many back and forth emails for two divers with Nautilus in Aruba. Said to wait at Harley Shop at end of the Cruise boat pier. Waited over half an hour. Finally, a very nice taxi driver asked if we were OK as they had watched us waiting. Taxi driver called Nautilus for us. Person on their end spoke only Spanish and looked extensively in their system and then admitted they forgot to pick us up. Sent them an email from closest Wi-Fi and asked them to cancel out any charge from the proposed trip since they failed to pick us up. Never got a response.
