Amazing - Junior was a great guide. He informed us which routes we were taking and checked on all members of group periodically. The experience was amazing. As a non-swimmer, I felt completely comfortable in the water and had a great time.

The best snorkeling tour in the island - Extremely good tour, much nicer and cheaper than booking inside the ship, totally recommend. We had the tour for ourselves and the guide, personalized experience, really nice people. Would repeat if traveling again to Aruba.

Great time snorkeling - Juan and his crew were very nice. Trip was good . My partner and I were the only ones in the excursion. Made it nice not sure the name of the guide that led us out to the reef but he was very caring and made sure we were ok. We saw a lot of fish in the deep part and unfortunately the ship wreck was difficult to see due to murky. But that is Nature no one’s fault. We got water and a cookie when we left and a shower to rinse off the salt water .. Took a minute to find the place so take extra time and realize dive center is at someone’s residence .

Life changing! - I have traveled and done a lot of things in my life but that was hands down one of the coolest things I have done. Junior was our instructor and he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. In addition, to a warm personality he is a skilled underwater expert, happy to help and has great jokes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! - I'm not a swimmer, but I love the water - especially the clear water! Junior was our guide and from the beginning till the end, he was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, caring - I mean, we'd come back to Aruba just to be his friend! This company offers the pick up service, which I chose not to because I wanted to enjoy the beach before snorkeling. It's very nice that they offered. At the arrival, Junior went over the expectations of how to wear snorkeling equipment, what type of fish we will see, etc. Our guide led us the whole time and we followed him. Current was strong and I was so tired and got seasick by the time we got to the ship wreck, but he helped me get back to the shore safely. I held onto buoy and I was still able to see fish and many beautiful corals. It was just me and my husband in the group, so it was convenient and quick. When we were done, we had a friendly conversation. He gave us water and cookies afterwards. There's a place in his office (meeting point) where we can shower (just briefly rinse off our bodies). He gave us a pamphlet of his company to remember them. He shared tips on how to enjoy the island. Overall, snorkeling was awesome, beach was beautiful, water was warm, lots of fish, and Junior was sooo amazing and so genuine. What a sweet guy. We thank you so much for everything!!! This excursion isn't fancy like where you ride a boat and stuff, but if you're looking into something affordable and don't want to miss out on anything, this is the ONE. Your tour guide, who takes cares of you BEFORE and AFTER your tour, will take you to many different spots where you can enjoy different kinds of fish! Needless to say, I enjoyed it very much. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Reef snorkel that was worth the money. - No problem with hotel pick up and ride to dive shop in a neighborhood. We were the only two on the trip. Good quality mask, snorkel, fins, and life jackets. Two bock ride from dive shop to sandy walk-in spot with beautiful mangroves. Our guide who was from Aruba was friendly and knowledgeable. He secured our valuables in the van. My wife is not a strong swimmer so he let her hold on to life preserver which he towed out against a week current past the reef. The fish were sparse but colorful. The waves were a little choppy but it’s always windy on Aruba. Our guide supplied cold water and cookies which was a nice touch. Overall it was worth the money.

Junior was great! - Junior our tour guide was amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable. I would say this is more at an experienced snorkeler excursion as the ocean was quite rough and we didn’t realize we were going out so far. As soon as my husband couldn’t stand any longer he decided to go back to shore. I swam him back so the other couple and the guide could continue. Again, the tour guide and his company were amazing… this one just wasn’t for us.

Horrible! - This was the worst. A hot mess. Picked us up in a beat up, dirty, filthy little van with no a.c. (It is sweltering humid) After a 30 minute drive, they took us to a ramshackle building in a shabby area of town where we had to wait another half hour for other “guests” not affiliated with our excursion. Then another 10 minute drive to the beach. Then my wife and the others ventured out to snorkel. Because the conditions were so rough, my wife had to turn back and tried to find me. The guide just left her behind. Then a drive back to the shack where we were left in this dirty van for at least 15 minutes with no a.c. Then another 40 minute drive back to town. This was deplorable and not even close to Viator's standards. We have videos to support our terrible experience. I am asking for a total refund on this excursion.
