Amazing must do while in Mackay - Lady in the tasting room was amazing and the tasting plate was great value. Would definitely be buying more online after buying 3 varieties of liqueurs. Cant wait to get home to share them

Good accessibility for seniors - Took Mum on a tour for Mother's Day. She's not very mobile, but found the experience to be low-key enough for her to handle. The staff were very accommodating and offered chairs at the different locations. Not very much walking. Interesting presentations and VERY tasty samples!

A must do visit - We did the cane info and rum distillery tour which run which I recommend you do both for the full experience. The cane tour takes you to look at some old machinery and the guide explains there uses in comparrasin to todays harvesting. Very interesting, you then get to taste some liqueurs and sauces etc… The rum tour explores the distilling process and is also interesting with plenty of tasting available. They of course have a small shop to purchase all of these products. The cafe does good coffee and we had a small meal which was nice. Service good and facilities clean. Both guides were very knowledgeable and friendly, my only cringe was their reference to us all as ‘guys’. Not that I care personally, however I did have a work colleague in trouble with HR for doing just this on a recent training course. I would not like this to happen here in what appears to be a very happy workforce. Well done.
