- Jim Neville Marine Preserve - Beautiful mangrove islands–a birders paradise. We will paddle around the mangrove islands on the way to the secret beach.
- Turtle Beach - We will pull our kayaks and paddleboards out of the water for a quick walk over the sand dune and to the Gulf of Mexico. From here, we will stretch our legs, maybe take a quick swim and just relax. This is a “secret” beach—only accessible by boat, so we may have the area to ourselves. It is such a beautiful and isolated beach–a local favorite.

We meet at the Turtle Beach Public Boat Launch.
Once you enter Turtle Beach park, go straight until the stop sign. Turn left. The public boat launch will be on your left.
Find parking anywhere inside Turtle Beach Park.

Loved it! - We had the best time! It ended up being the best manatee encounter I have ever had! And I have been trying for years… it was a great day and the mangroves were great to tour for exercise. Our guide Tim was wonderful.

Great fun! - Great experience!! Went over spring break with the grandparents & kids (9,13 &16) everyone had a wonderful time. Our guide was knowledgeable & fun. I would definitely recommend this trip!

Kayaks at Turtle Beach - Sawyer was a great tour guide and was very accommodating to our large group. The kids had a great time. We had kids ages 7-16, some tandem and single kayaks. Very nice tour of the mangroves.

Fun day in Florida - Great tour guide, upbeat personality. small group still so fun. Updating the site to say manatees aren’t in the area in early spring would be helpful to other visitors who would like to see them.

Kayaking Adventure - It was wonderful! We kayaked through a channel to a beach and saw a lot of wildlife. Then we kayaked through mangrove trees. Would do it again for sure!

FUN EXPERIENCE - BEAUTIFUL AREA - would go again - Enjoyed the tour -- beautiful area -- missed out by 1 day when they said their were a lot of manatees - really liked the history of the shark tank area, the mangroves - going through the mangrove tunnels and visiting the beautiful private beach that was filled with shells! Then only thing I would suggest is if you have never kayaked, the guide should ask that question and give guidance on how to kayak etc.
