So worth it. - Such a wonderful experience. From pick up to drop off, it was laid back but run with total precision. The organic farm was like a lush little oasis, market was cool, Patty (host) was amazing and lots of fun. 3 meals and 4hrs of learning and cooking was 110% worth the minimal cost of the experience. Left with full stomach and heart. Thank you!

Deliciously authentic Thai cooking - Grandma's Home Cooking School is beautifully situated in the middle of nature, including its own large garden, mushroom farm and small, extremely animal-friendly chicken coop. The course begins with a tour of the garden, where lots of interesting things are explained about the fresh ingredients and their color and taste influences on the food. It's enviable that things can be grown and harvested here all year round. Then it's time to cook. Soup, starter and main course can be freely chosen, including vegetarian options. Our guide knew how to explain each step in detail with a lot of humor and it was amazing how easy it is to prepare Thai dishes at restaurant level if you have all the fresh ingredients and sauces to hand. Cooking with the wok on gas was also a great experience for us as glass ceramic cooks. Everything tasted wonderful and the funny group of different nationalities got along well together. The only criticism and a suggestion for improvement: you have very little time to eat. Hardly a plate was empty before we had to start preparing the next course in order to keep to the schedule. That's not easy at a table with other interesting course participants.

Amazing and Delicious Food and Experience! - We started by getting a tour of the actual gardens where the ingredients that we would be using were grown. The tour guide gave us some information about each ingredient before letting us taste them raw as well. We got to try things like pepper, basil, and lemongrass. We then went into the main building where each of us has a spot to cook with all of the necessary items. Before we started cooking, we got to choose a drink. I ordered a butterfly pea flower tea, which was tasty and refreshing. We then made our first course which was the soup. I made chicken coconut soup which was delicious. The coconut milk made for a nice creamy flavor along with the chicken. Our second course was the curry, and I made chicken kao soi. This was chicken with noodles and was also very tasty. After that, I made chicken Pad Thai, and just like every prior course, it was amazing. We made so much food throughout this course that I was way too full to finish it all. Lastly, we ended by making dessert: mango sticky rice. This is one of, if not the most, popular desserts in all of Thailand. I do like mango, but rice for dessert was a little bit strange. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience. The hosts were very knowledgeable and friendly, and even gave us the ability to customize certain aspects of our food such as spiciness or sweetness. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Thailand.

#nomnomnom - This was a highlight of my trip to Thailand. The School is purpose built in stunning grounds which alone are worth the visit and has its own herb garden that you get shown around, smelling and touching all the different herbs. Cooking consists of 3 courses included a dessert. This was such fun and lots of tips to take away, but most of all the food you craft is stunning and you can make to your taste under the guidance of your chef. There's plenty of breaks, drinks available and best of all you get to sit and gobble up each course you've made. It was also my birthday so grateful for the fuss they made, making this a trip highlight. Must do!

Awesome experience - So well organized, fun, excellent instruction, great experience. I was a little nervous because I need to eat gluten free, but it was no issue at all. Shortly after arriving they asked about allergies and when I said GF they replaced the sauce sauce at my cooking station with gluten free soy sauce. When special ingredientes were needed it was made very clear what was GF and what wasn’t. Others were vegetarian which also seemed very easy to manage. I learned a lot, ate a lot, and had a great time.

Beautiful place for a cooking class! - Super fun cooking class and beautiful property for the course! They walk you through the garden and tell you about each ingredient, and they even send you the recipe so you can cook it on your own later! Would recommend!

Amazing Thai cookery school! - Wow! What an incredible morning! We learned so much about Thai cookery from our wonderful host Tay. Starting at the market to view and learn about key produce of the dishes we would cook. The cookery school was in a stunning location surrounded by immaculate organic gardens. The dishes we cooked (selecting your own to suit your tastes or dietary requirements) we so delicious! A truly immersive experience. And the team of staff were so organised. An absolute delight! Would highly recommend this trip.

Awesome cooking class! - The experience was fantastic, it's very well organized from the hotel pick up to the recipe instructions and change over between dishes. Our host Kiki was hilarious and made our experience very enjoyable. We made a lot of food in a short period of time which made it hard to finish it all unfortunately. It was a nice surprise to have a photographer come around to take pictures throughout the experience. I wish we had a heads up about that because we didn't get any group photos which works have been a nice keepsake. I would highly recommend this class!
