Only a couple of decades ago, the peculiar city of Sarajevo was witness to the longest siege in the annals of contemporary warfare. This tour, along with the museums we visit, relate the grim and heartrending chapter of Sarajevo’s past. Residents were subjected to relentless attacks for nearly four years, cut off from the world without access to basic amenities like electricity and water.

Their survival is aptly dubbed “The Art of Survival”. What actually transpired in Sarajevo from ‘92 to ‘95? What was the significance of the famous War Tunnel for Sarajevo and how did its construction take place? Was it true that over 1600 children had to pay the ultimate price during the heroic city’s siege?
