Must do - It’s one thing to read about it or see a museum exhibit, but it’s a whole different experience to physically be there. The tour really left its mark and I’m grateful I was able pay respects and learn more about such a tragic part of our history. Regarding the guide himself he was fantastic. He was super informative and he shared his perspectives and experiences as an 18 year old fighting in Sarajevo. He was always happy to answer our questions and took good care of us and catered to our individual interests. For example, I was interested in visiting the main mosque in Srebenica town and he was happy to take the small diversion. On top all this, he was just a really interesting person that was easy to talk to and learn from. I would highly, highly recommend this tour to everyone.

Great Tour - Well Organised - The company was very efficient to deal with and confirming the tour times etc. My guide was Ibrahim who was an extremely knowledgeable guide giving lots of information but also letting you read the boards. He was very friendly and a pleasure to spend the day with. The place is a must see but be braced for the brutality of it all.

A must-do tour - My guide was Adnan, a very very knowledgeable and experienced person who shared with me with his story. He is an activist now and taught me a lot about the background of Srebrenica, but not only this - he answered on ever question I had about situation in Yugoslavia back then and the current one in Balknas, about the hate speech and the political situation in the world. During the trip I felt like my brain will explode from the amount of information but also it felt like puzzles were falling into place. I think the tour teaches more in those few hours than a year at school. I was also very nicely surprised by the approach of the office. Even tho it was Sunday, so the Memorial was closing earlier and we had to leave, they called me later to apologize for this and make sure that nevertheless I had a great day, which it was! I highly recommend the trip, it really opens eyes on many things and I can say it was one of the best tours in my life.

A Must See - It is a piece of dark history for both the Bosnians and the Dutch, but if you get the chance when you are in this region, go there, it is very impressive, both the factory where HQ DUTCHBAT was stationed and the Potocari cemetery with the 8000 + dig it comes in, after all these years there is still a tension of energy or whatever you want to call it. I had a great guide for this tour Adnan, a Bosnia veteran, he himself was 20 years old and volunteered and he can tell you but he also has a good sense of what you can handle in terms of amount of information and the like.

This tour left an impression - My mother and I took this tour to Srebrenica together after having debated for a long time on how to approach such visit. It certainly is a sensitive topic and while we are both interested in the Yugoslav War and were not unprepared, we were both glad to have found a knowledgable and open-minded guide in Adnan who made us not only feel very welcome, but actually made it very easy to ask him all of our many questions. He shared a lot of his personal insights and experiences with us which made this tour a unique experience which clearly left an impression.

Unforgettable - This tour is informative, eye open ing, and heartbreaking. It is information that everyone should have so that we don’t forget what happens when hate is allowed to cloud our sense of humanity. The memorial in Srebrenica is a must see because of how they used the space and the level of detail. Our tour guide, Adnan, was so kind and informative and sensitive to how painful it was to learn about the history of the genocide in Srebrenica. He is knowledgeable, kind and willing to answer any questions. I’m glad that I went on this tour.
