Intimate experience that was one of a kind - This was amazing. We felt like we were invited into someone’s home. Taku and his partner made our group of 5 feel like family has they guided us through the soba making process. We enjoyed our creation even though the noodles ended up all different sizes. The tempura that came with the soba we made was fabulous as well….especially the asparagus which was in season. We would do this again!

Knead, roll, and cut soba noodles! - The experience was very straight forward and fun! We were able to arrive a little early too and get started ahead of schedule. You learn how to knead, roll, and cut soba noodles. The staff spoke enough English for a non-Japanese speaker to understand the directions.
