Starting point was difficult to find even if you know the language! - Unfortunately, it was hard find the starting point, even with the assistance of 3 helpful local residents. A delivery person was finally located the building but it was too late. Although I started searching 40 minutes earlier, by the time we found the building, I was 8 minutes late. There was no sign of the tour group anywhere. I don’t know if the tour was canceled and I was not informed even if it was. I also tried in vain to find the tour group in the Nishi Market. It was particularly disappointing because I travelled 8,000 miles to visit Japan. I also experienced several last minutes cancellations in South Africa last year with tours I arranged with Viator.
