④ Taste your handmade soba and artisan-prepared tempura (two types of soba sauce are available: cold and warm)
⑤ Conclude with soba-yu, a traditional way to finish a soba meal. Instructions on how to enjoy soba will be provided in an easy-to-understand manner. Participants will learn to savor soba and appreciate its unique appeal.

The soba-making experience lasts approximately 30 minutes, followed by a tasting session, totaling around 1 hour and 15 minutes. Even young children can enjoy the soba-making process.
