Dive-Tribe Dive Center Sao Pedro - Be picked up from your hotel in Mindelo and head to São Pedro. Upon arrival, take a short boat ride to the area where you will find the turtles and start your amazing snorkeling experience with the turtles, lasting around 1 hour. Great tour! - This was a wonderful opportunity, and the guys from Bu Country couldn’t have been better! The pick up at the cruise pier went perfectly, and the team at the beach were experts in getting the boat out through the incoming waves and wind. Once beyond the waves, we donned snorkeling gear and slipped over the side to tread water for the next 1/2 hour and the turtles swarmed all around us. The water is deep, so you need to be able to swim well, or use a life vest. When it came time to leave, they helped us back into the boat, and brought us back ashore through the waves like pros, with no issues. I highly recommend Bu Country and their operation at Sao Pedro beach.
