10 outta 10 - The tour was very informative and gave me a deeper understanding of the countries history. I learned many new facts that I didn’t know before, and they were explained in a simple and engaging way. The guide made the experience both enjoyable and educational by answering questions clearly. Seeing everything in person helped me connect what I learned to real-life examples. Overall, it was a valuable and memorable learning experience.

A Fantastic Day Exploring Santo Domingo’s History - Today, August 8th, my family and I took the full day walking tour of Santo Domingo City, and it was worth every penny! For about $60 per person, the tour included hotel pick-up and drop-off, transportation in a huge bus with full AC (and complimentary ice-cold water courtesy of our driver), an authentic Dominican lunch, and entry to all the stops on the itinerary. Our guide, Nacho (yes, “like nacho cheese” as he joked), was amazing, funny, knowledgeable, quick with fascinating facts, and a true pro at keeping our group safe, together, and on schedule. His energy and passion for the city made the day even more memorable. We visited some incredible sites, including the Alcázar de Colón, the Catedral Primada de las Américas, Calle Las Damas, the Museo de las Casas Reales, La Atarazana, and even Mebels Chocolate Factory (a sweet bonus!). The walking portions were comfortable, and the pace allowed us to really soak in the history and atmosphere of each location. Guided by Nacho each person is given a headset so you can listen in to Nacho as he gives information about each place as we walk along side the monuments, in the streets and through the town. This tour is a perfect mix of history, culture, and fun—you’ll even get to meet fellow travelers from around the world. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Dominican Republic!

Santo Domingo walking tour - Our tour guide was awesome. The history of Santo Domingo and the sights we got to see were very interesting. I like that we had the opportunity to go off the resort grounds and experience some of the city. Only complaint was the gift shop they took us to was full of touristy crap. I rather go to an area where there is local shops full of handmade art, jewelry, or other Santo Domingo souvenirs that aren’t magnets, pipes, or shot glasses.

It could get much better. - Nacho, Enrique and Alejandro are very good at their job and very funny: Now, the tour is slow and slow enough. The 2 "audiovisual experiences" made us feel like we were 5 years old, and not in a good way. The whole tour is worth at most 30 dollars, you can not charge it more than that. You go to the chocolate factory to have a tasting and they give you a miserable little piece of chocolate. The buffet food was fine.
