The Road to Adventure

The sun was barely peeking over the horizon as I found myself in the bustling heart of Santo Domingo, ready to embark on yet another adrenaline-fueled escapade. This time, it was the Hiking Adventure that had caught my attention, promising a thrilling journey through the Dominican countryside to the majestic El Tabernáculo waterfall. As a former extreme sports athlete, I’ve always been drawn to the call of the wild, and this adventure was no exception.

Our guide, Victor Bautista, was a seasoned expert, and his enthusiasm was infectious. He gathered our group of thrill-seekers and whisked us away from the city, heading towards the quaint town of Los Cacaos. The drive was a visual feast, with lush landscapes and vibrant local life unfolding before our eyes. Upon arrival, we were treated to a hearty Dominican breakfast at a local colmado, fueling us for the adventure that lay ahead.

Into the Heart of the Wilderness

With our bellies full and spirits high, we set off into the mountains, the path ahead promising both challenge and reward.
