A wonderful trip through the past. - The historical tour that the guide Maripaz gave us was excellent, she has a great command of the subject, you can see her passion for what she does, for making her knowledge known. The surroundings of the ruins and Maripaz's explanations recreated the past for us in a very enjoyable way. Even though it was hot, the time flew by. Both for those of us who like history, and for those who don't know it, it is a highly recommended tour; I hope they do it with Maripaz, so that they have the opportunity to meet her and learn about the love she has for her people. Likewise, we loved the visit to the monastery of San Isidro; It is a wonderful place, full of works of art and beautiful chapels. Maripaz also delighted us with his knowledge on these topics. It is worth the entrance to the monastery.

Italica discovered with the guide Jesus - The excursion was well organised. The guide, Jesus, a very knowledgeable historian, passionately brought to life everything he showed us. The difference between seeing meaningless ruins or the traces of a culture, of lives and stories. Great professionalism and at the same time simple familiarity.

Alberto was incredible. - Booked the tour to Italica from Seville and was gifted Alberto as a guide for the English tour. He was absolutely incredible and truly made it an exceptional experience. He was very passionate and knowledgeable about all aspects of the tour and really gave an amazing insight to the ancient civilization, pointing out and highlighting areas that to the use trained eye would surely have gone unnoticed.

Itálica - history brought to life! - The site is great. Alberto, our guide, took time to explain what we were seeing, the purpose of the buildings, and the events that were taking place at the different times of development. By linking architecture, art, politics and life at the time, we developed a really rounded picture of life over 2,000 years ago. Excellent.

Interesting and informative trip - We visited the fantastic Roman ruins and the monastery. Our guide Alberto was excellent. Very good English, very knowledgeable and approachable. The tours were great. No complaints. But the organisation at the the pick up was terrible. Had to book in an office, which were not informed of. Coach was 30 minutes late because of insufficient time between stops to allow for traffic. Better scheduling would help no end. Alberto apologised repeatedly and saved the day, so many thanks to him especially.

monastery left over - We went to Italica and a monastery...the latter was more than enough for my taste. I think italica could have been given a little more time
